Book swap

I am thinking that we should do a book swap. You send a book to someone who sends a book to someone and so on. It doesn't matter if you didn't like the book, the next one might please you.

Any takers???????????????????????

I am a fan of Harlan Coben, Denise Ryan and Marian Keyes, Stuart Macbride.

i dont think ayone knows when we are posting,

PanicPants · 07/06/2006 20:25

Right, those of us who have finished, shall we all just post our books tomorrow/fri like we originally agreed?

bresha · 08/06/2006 08:29

im going to post mine 2 day

kipper22 · 08/06/2006 10:42

ok, posting today and then again on the 1st July unless I'm oficially told otherwise! Bumbleweed, should I have a county for you? I seem to have copied your address down without and I'm pants with Geography so have no idea wher your town is (although the Tees bit may be a clue I suppose?!)

kickassangel · 08/06/2006 13:55

confession to make!! i finished the book, but due to sleepless 2 yo, ofrgot to bring it with me today, and won't be able to go to a po until MON. I WILL remember it for then. i assue we post to the same person as last time, unles we're told otherwise?

bumbleweed · 08/06/2006 18:00

kipper dont worry, the town and the postcode are enough - we used to be in the county of cleveland but they got rid of it. (By the way I am in the north-east higher up than Leeds but not as high up as newcastle Grin)

PanicPants · 09/06/2006 08:58

Am posting my book today, and like kipper i'm going to post the next book on the 1st of the month!!

bresha · 09/06/2006 09:17

ok i will post my next book on the 1st of the month as well, are we going to leave it a month before posting then or is it still 3 weeks? it will be easier to post on the 1st of every month but then it will take years to get all the books round and i can reed a book quickly, if i like that is.

PanicPants · 09/06/2006 09:21

I agree it's easier to do on the 1st of each month, but I can read quite quickly too. How about the 1st of each month and somewhere in the middle of each book. Or is that too quick?

kipper22 · 09/06/2006 09:23

bresha · 09/06/2006 09:26

i could happily post every 2 weeks but is that ok 4 every one elce? maby the 1st and the 17th we also need to alow for posting time.
i dont know

kipper22 · 09/06/2006 12:02

sorry bresha but i'm just too slow for less tham 3 weeks Blush

bresha · 09/06/2006 12:37

Shall we just stick to posting every 3 weeks, Its what we said at the start , maybe ucm could email everyone the date to post or just post a reminder on this thread?
We could say we post anytime between the 2nd and the 3rd week and that way those who haven’t finished can have more time if they like, and we wont feel bad if we forget to post on the said date.

kickassangel · 13/06/2006 20:44

just posted my book, i'm waiting for my nest one to arrive. are we still posting on the 1st july?

kipper22 · 14/06/2006 10:23
