I'm so desperate to lose weight . I 'only' want to lose 2 stone , heck 1 would do but despite my best efforts it won't budge .. I joined ww last week and I'm feeling really hopeful . I'm actually a good member from 12 years ago after my dd but it's changed a lot since then . I love the app and am sticking to it .. please give me some hope . 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Pippa I'm bf too, got an 8 week old DD. I've lost 5lb so far, started 3 weeks ago. I've had mastitis this week and ate what I fancied as I felt quite weak and ill with it being so hot, the antibiotics have kicked in now so I'm feeling much better.

I like the WW branded snacks - the yoghurts, crisp-style snacks and chocolate orange crispy bars (all 2sp each) are delicious!

PIppaRose - yes the old forums have gone and it is connect now. I don't really get on with connect - used to find the forums much better and easier to find stuff. There are some recipes available on the app. On the iOS version you can scroll down to the bottom of the main first page and there are links for recipes there. Not sure about android as I can't get into mine on my phone at the moment. There is a great FB group for No Count (Weight Watchers - No Count Friends) which has tons of recipe ideas. As I am mostly pointing, I tend to just work out the SP for the recipes I use.

Carrotfingers I don't blame you mastitis is nasty, glad you are feeling better and sounds like the plan is working well for you. Good tips re the ww branded stuff will check those out at the supermarket.

Sez49 Ah it's a shame that forums are there anymore, I used to like the ones where people said what they were eating, great for ideas. Will check out the recipes on the app.

I'm still here , still trying . I've had a few weeks off plan due to illness, problems with my son with sn and bereavement . ( I'm a classic comfort eater !) ... back on it now though and I'm hoping I haven't done too much damage 😬

Well done imjessie. Doesn't matter how slow it is, you are losing and if it is in a away that is maintainable as a lifestyle change then all the better!
