And sadly Quickmeds out of stock 😞

Oh no, I have my RM tracking number, says arriving tomorrow, did you get that far and then they changed their mind? @JaffacakeJanine

BangingOn · 14/08/2023 18:23

Daily Chemist get very mixed reviews but do have stock, although they have hiked the price up to £299. They did supply my order back in June, despite my panic over the Trustpilot reviews.

NotABeliever · 14/08/2023 18:33

Pilldoctor have stock apparently but are on the pricey side.

JaffacakeJanine · 14/08/2023 18:53

@Doggymummar Rightangled never gave me a tracking number, just confirmed the order and said they would send an email when it's ready. Guess I got unlucky 😞

SilkySuky · 14/08/2023 19:31

@JaffacakeJanine aww that's crap. I've just checked my email and also have got RM tracking number so fingers crossed it turns up. The site also said today that they had 4 packs of 14mg.

SilkySuky · 14/08/2023 19:34

Also right angled 14mg is showing as £229 today!

Doggymummar · 14/08/2023 20:05

Aw that sucks @JaffacakeJanine

Doggymummar · 14/08/2023 20:05

My order from Numan should ship next week too, so I will be skint!

JaffacakeJanine · 14/08/2023 21:06

Maybe they are just out of the 7mg ones in that case 😞 agreed @Doggymummar I am spending a lotttta dosh on these stockpiles 😂

JaffacakeJanine · 14/08/2023 21:09

@SilkySuky ah I can see now the 7mg are out of stock. Maybe I could ask them to send me 14s instead, I am pretty sure I will have to ramp up at some point in the future

SilkySuky · 14/08/2023 21:28

@JaffacakeJanine I was worried about going to 14 as I had such a massively supressed appetite on 7 and moderate nausea. I thought I would have more severe side effects on 14 but I haven't. It affects everyone differently though.

Cjgdjkf · 15/08/2023 09:32

@JaffacakeJanine sorry to hear you didn’t get your 7mg from right angle. R u sure quick med out of stock? It wasn’t an option (Rybelsus) when looking to see what they had re weight loss but when I completed the questionnaire it then came up to chose. Mines been delivered today, these guys are super quick at getting it out! @Doggymummar yup am now skint too lol but have enough to be okay until November thankfully

Doggymummar · 15/08/2023 11:34

I'm away but mine arrived at home today

JaffacakeJanine · 15/08/2023 17:09

@Cjgdjkf quick by name quick by nature! I'll have a look into them. Thanks for the hot tips!

@SilkySuky I am on 3mg still but I think I am slightly seeing the effects wear off so I'll have to move up eventually! Rightangled have approved my request for 14mg instead and I was thinking of maybe halfing the pills. Luckily I've got a few month's worth stocked up now to hopefully see me through at least some of the shortages :/

Pineapplepansy · 15/08/2023 17:16

Hope everyone is doing ok? I'm still plodding along and slowly shrinking. Well when I say shrinking I mean parts of me are, but some of the bits I'd like to shrink are stubbornly refusing to. Wouldn't it be great if they could invent a form of rybelsus that not only stopped you feeling hungry but allowed you to choose which part of your body you lose weight from. I would definitely choose to lose it from my cheeks and my stomach as I'm a typical apple shape.

BangingOn · 15/08/2023 20:20

@Pineapplepansy I am with you there, I never seem to lose weight off my face or hips.

I have 14mg dispatched from Rightangled, cheaper than Pill Doctor and Daily Chemist although still more than I’ve paid before.

My stomach is really playing up again, a week of constipation and then suddenly awful diarrhoea. I’m going to start a food diary to see whether there are any obvious triggers as it doesn’t make sense for side effects to start after months of gradually building up my dose.

Hi everyone 👋 I’m coming over from the Ozempic boards. I’ve had great success, but it’s messing with my motivation that I can’t get a regular supply. I’ve been on 1mg ozempic so going straight on to 14mg Rybelsus.

Does anyone have any tips for swapping over?

I’ve lost just over 2 stone, I started at just over 16.5 stone. I’m tall and hold my weight “well”, but I’d lost sight of myself completely! Would really like to get another 2-3 stone off. It’s so liberating not thinking about food all the time.

To be honest the last 3-4 weeks have been tricky with holidays, lack of routine (DD on summer hols) and worry about staying on meds. I was feeling so disheartened at the thought of having to stop! I’m feeling positive about knowing I have a few weeks to get going again and not worry too much about not being able to get my prescription. I’ve also had a lot more food “noise” recently as been trying to eke out my last pen. But wondering how clever that was really!

Nice to meet you all!

Doggymummar · 15/08/2023 21:26

Welcome @PlasticineKing , I don't think any of us have done Ozempic. I am away with work in Edinburgh at the moment and have had a vomiting day, trying to eat normal with everyone else at lunch. I normally only have one meal a day and at night, but there was pizza for lunch which I thought might be ok but it triggered a massive vomit binge which is always nice when you've never met people before. I'm now on my hotel room sipping water. Feeling rough sorry you have a tummy upset too @BangingOn it's grim isn't it. I've a 6 hour train journey tomorrow which will be fun if I can't keep anything down. I think I'll skip tomorrows tablet.

BangingOn · 15/08/2023 21:27

@PlasticineKing welcome! No tips on switching over as I’ve always been on Rybelsus, but I share your feelings on the difference it has made.

Unfortunately the supply problems are getting worse on Rybelsus too and it’s becoming harder to get and more expensive by the minute.

BangingOn · 15/08/2023 21:30

@Doggymummar poor you, that sounds awful. Is there anything in particular that triggers it? How often does it happen?

Doggymummar · 15/08/2023 21:48

It has been a few weeks since I was last sick. I think it was a combination of tired have been up since 5am nervous from meeting new people ate pizza which as we know is very fatty and walked 8 miles and went ten pin bowling after sitting on a train for six hours. I tend to eat very bland food now, usually ryvita with a bit of cheese or a few prawns.

PlasticineKing · 15/08/2023 22:00

@Doggymummar hi - I live just outside outside Edinburgh and heading in for a show tomorrow!

When I’ve been changing doses before on ozempic, I’ve found that pizza is a real trigger food for me, for painful bloating, heartburn and having the runs. I find once I’m settled on a dose it’s ok, but I obviously eat a LOT less of it. No more scoffing a whole pizza!

Doggymummar · 15/08/2023 22:08

Oh enjoy, sadly I'm on the 10am back to Brighton tomorrow so no time for a show. The atmosphere is great though, so many people out and about
