OK - it's oh so confusing for those of us who are also doing WW what with all the post-breakfast-clothed weight vs first-thing-post-toilet-unclothed weight - have tried to split the difference so this is what I reckon:

19th March - start weight 11st 7.5
This morning - 11st 5
Total weight loss whilst on this thread = 2.5 pounds
Goal weight: 9 stone 12
Height: 5ft 4

Should also declare that this weeks weigh-in at WW (which I didn't go to) was exactly 6 months since I started. My start weight back in September was 13 stone 3 so that's a total loss of 26 pounds. I don't want it to take another 6 months to lose the next 2 stone and am hoping for a Spring/Summer weight-loss spurt.

Is that it? Will this thread officially close now or morph into something else?

CheeeseOnToast · 02/04/2010 13:35

I'm quavering. So far today I've had a grilled snosage with scrambled eggs for breakfast. Then half an apple and half a crumpet with my mate marmite on. Odd but nice thus far. Oh and two cups of tea and a black coffee.

on the plus side, we have no chocolate in the house and won't even on Sunday, we don't have DC yet. We are visiting DPs mum tho and not sure what her giving-eggs-to-adults policy is yet. Secretly hoping it's a generous one

NomDePlume · 02/04/2010 13:38

not going well today so far, have eaten 7 segments of choc orange (god i love that stuff) and a mr kipling mini victoria sponge.I'm about to get on the rower in a min so I'll do an extra 15 mins as pennance.

BudaisintheZONE · 02/04/2010 13:52

Ahem. Correct me if I am wrong (and I know I am not 'cos I just checked back!) but isn't this the strict, no excuses weight loss thread????

No piggery!

Eating it will not make you happy.
A moment on the lips, forever on your hips.
Fridge pickers wear bigger knickers.

Cyb - new hair looks nice! I think. Seeing as I don't know what you look like but hairstyle is nice.

Well I have been a good girl and took my car and got winter tyres changed to summer tyres. DH will be pleased with me.

And have just been for a manicure and pedicure so have LOVELY hands and feet.

Had left over lentil salad for lunch and am about to have some chicken as not much lentil salad left due to DH's piggery last night.

MamaG - drink some water!

MamaGlee · 02/04/2010 13:53

ooh you are in teh zone buda

yes you're right, no excuses

will drink millions and have no dinner tonight

BudaisintheZONE · 02/04/2010 14:00

See that you do! Actually you need to have dinner. I am going to have a curry. Home made. No rice.

I reckon I might have lost another pound with the amount of dead skin that was removed from my hooves.

MamaGlee · 02/04/2010 14:03

Bit rich, Mrs 2lb on this week as a result of currygate!

fishie · 02/04/2010 14:30

tandoori chicken and some sort of veg curry, no rice no nan no poppadum.

you can do poppadums at home in microwave, they are good low cal snack. even better if you can find the tiny sharwoods cocktail ones. have to be careful or they catch fire though.

fishie · 02/04/2010 14:32

NO BHAJI
