Can honestly say I have never eaten in an IKEA cafe - by the time I've struggled my way round IKEA finding all the chuffing boxes for things I need, realising I've forgotten one as I get to the till, rushing off and getting it and requeueing I've lost the will to live, never mind eat.

I need to visit the dentist soon for a long overdue check-up. It's not the drilling and injections that scare me, its the bloody hygienist stabbing away at my gums and exposed nerves endings that terrifies me. I have very, very sensitive teeth lately and they always poke them with a sharp metal stick don't they? I usually have my appointments at the same time as my kids but I don't want them to see what a wimp their old ma is

Well I went into to town shopping, got hungry and went to McDonalds. And I had a grilled chicken salad!!!!! Zone!!!!! Had a treat cappuchino.

Two boiled eggs and a slice of rye bread for bfast.
Some flaxseed whheat free tortilla chips with hummus and a banana for snack. Grilled chicken salad for lunch.

Currently watching DS get his haircut ans wondering what part of 'not too short' they didn't get!!!!!
