Due to wine no weight loss over night...boo hiss. Although cant complain as 3lb since monday.

Ds up far too early this morning, had sore tummy, then diohorea all over floor, so great start to the morning.... (((wonders how many kcals burnt per 1/2 hour of scrubbing carpets)))))

Off to wake and shake...

In the ozer 'and (as my students say), I am wearing the trousers that I couldn't get into last week and they feel v comfy.

I have my starting weight. It is 3lb less than 2 weeks ago but 1lb more than at the beginning of the week!

had my shaking sullied by the sounds of the poxy vtech baby walker.

porridge for breakfast
tuna & jacket for lunch
chicken and rice for dinner.

That's it.

Regardless of assorted confectionary troughing I have cut back and........... [dum dum dum dum duummmm] put on a fucking pound

you lot need to look at portion sizes

Stop obsessing about scales.

No good can come of it. Just seing the 'wrong' number on the dial could tip you over into a gorge- fest of kitkats and wotsits, the coco diet if you will.
