I theoretically have time to excercise an hour a day, but it would eat into my MN time. If someone would invent a type of excercise that I could do whilst MNetting I would loose about 3kg a day.

dh showed me this a few months ago i just gave up at that point!

Instead of wine I now drink vodka and slimline tonic. Can had loads of them for virtually no cals and get shitfaced. Wine is the devil cal wise.

Have had a good day today. Had some broccoli pasta bake thing at work with veg on the side for lunch, then had an innocent vegetable moussakka (sp) pot (less than 300 cals) for dinner. V filling and virtous.

This thread is massive btw. Do you people not have jobs/beds/lives to go to ?
