Oh thats good! We always welcome comments from random fishmongers

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 21/03/2010 13:18

Impressed at cheese's drinking ability. Cor!

And how nice for Su - fishwoman made your day.

Undertone · 21/03/2010 13:19

15 gins = 15 units, which is about a bottle and a half of wine, which would make me plastered but I could definitely do.

At a music festival last summer my friend and I polished off 40 units between us over the course of 13 hours

Needless to say, booze has been one of my major downfalls.

CheeeseOnToast · 21/03/2010 13:38

Hmm, yes it is rather a lot, but it was spread over a whole day and night out. wow undertone, 40 units in 13 hours is impressive!

Feel I should point out that i don't normally drink anywhere near that much, I usually have a glass of wine or two on weekend nights. It was the first night out I've had in ages, and turned into a bit of a celebration (friend had had some brilliant news)

I feel ashamed now!!

Su - unprompted comments are always the best ones!! Nice one. Which fish did you buy, by the way? I have some lemon sole in the freezer, no idea what to do with it.

largeginandtonic · 21/03/2010 14:06

Oooh yes nice comments are always welcome. I have had none so far.

Lol at kicky line dancing snorted diet coke out my nose.

I am drinking diet coke. I love it too much.

Not fasting cyb, just doing what Su is really.

I think it is a good loss because i have been massively overeating recently. Dh is a fab cook and most definately a 'feeder'.

He will be all folorn when he comes home to a wife not eating much. He may well sulk in fact.

Today have eaten museli, wrap with salad, grated carrot, chutney dollop and 2 thin slices of salami.

Am resisting carrot cake in fridge.

Tonight am having ww chilli and wedges with salad.

The kids are on mac cheese. Bleurgh.

largeginandtonic · 21/03/2010 14:13

Oh and 15 gins is nowt. Dh is cocktail maker extraordinaire. We had a couple the other night with some friends. One left in almost vegetative state.

I asked dh why he was like that (felt fine)

Dh said "LG&T those cocktails contain 4 shots each"

We had had 3 in 2 hours.

He makes one most evenings.

Su that is true alkie talk. No more though.

Thinks SLIM.

Also three glasses wine.
