cyb · 21/03/2010 09:48

And If I started weeing and Bisto came out I would be shocked to say the least

WOW L g and T you have lost loads! tell your secret...its not fasting is it???

bobbiewickham · 21/03/2010 09:52

I've had porridge for breakfast - that's good, isn't it?

Having dinner at mil's (boak) so won't be too hard to not eat much.

Will have veg soup tonight.

Does that sound like a plan?

cyb · 21/03/2010 09:53

Yes def. I had a 1/4 of a bagel with scrambled egg and a teensy bowl bran flakes AND I bought Green tea to try

Not sure about lunch

bobbiewickham · 21/03/2010 09:55

Okay. Will stick to it.

A quarter of a bagel?

That's proper willpower, that is.

cyb · 21/03/2010 10:21

I have to have 1/4...or I will have 2 whole ones, dripping with butter

MamaG · 21/03/2010 11:30

ooh I forgot about green tea

i LOVE green tea! I have proper chinese gunpowder tea, none of your shitty tetley bags here oh no

I am still larfing at kicky line dancing, it's been honoured in my FB status

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 21/03/2010 11:32

at saying something funny

MamaG · 21/03/2010 11:32

it wasn't funny
it was hilarious

it's n ot often that i literally laugh out loud at something on here, usually more of a quiet snicker

but I guffawed

Hello all - lovely new thread

I find hunger easier to bear if I know it has been caused by running - rather than boredom or weak-willedness IYKWIM. The endorphins high afterwards gives me a buzz about being hungry and resisting rummaging through the fridge.

Weigh day tomorrow. I caved and weighed myself mid-week and I had lost a further pound, so hopefully will be good news tomorrow. Shall I shock you all and tell you how much I weigh? Go on then - before diet I was 216lbs (wail), two weeks in I am 211lbs.

My big goal is June 12th when going to a ver' posh day out at the polo. I would like to be about 185lbs by then. Desperate to fit into nice clothes.

My feet are all blistered on the soles from my run this morning. I wore socks which must have rubbed, and it really hurt, but I kept going. ROAR!

Undertone · 21/03/2010 11:45

Oo! Can we tally up how much we all lost on the old thread? If we add it all up we could say that the old thread was a "xx pounder" and we have to try and beat it with this thread?

bobbiewickham · 21/03/2010 12:09

Have just walked the dogs and am hungry.

Can I have some veg soup before I go to Mil's?

We won't be eating till about 2:30, and if I get really hungry I'll pig out.

What do we think?

Undertone · 21/03/2010 12:20

How about a big couple of cups of green tea then brush your teeth so you don't want to eat anything in the short-term, and practise the mantra for lunch of 'ooo! I'm stuffed - that was lovely. No more for me!'

CheeeseOnToast · 21/03/2010 12:41

Hello everyone, lovely new thread I see.

Fell off the wagon rather spectacularly yesterday, I'm ashamed to admit.

Started well with porridge for brekkie, but then did this 'inch loss' treatment which farhkin killed (it was a big battery with jump leads which were attached to wibbly bits).

So then proceeded to get smashed. Started drinking at about 3pm and had five gin and soda waters. Came home about 7pm, had half a pizza (502 cals, v delicious) and some salad, then went out and had about another ten gin and sodas. How I was still standing I don't know. BUT I was dancing for England for about four hours, so surely thats undone most of the damage from the gin?!

Great night though but I do feel awful this morning. Everywhere aches from the electrocution session. Porridge for breakfast and will cook some soup in a minute, then probs grilled chicken and brocolli for dinner. And gravy maybe

Is 15 gins in a day that bad?! All I ate though was porridge and some pizza?

cyb · 21/03/2010 12:41

Wise words my friend

CheeeseOnToast · 21/03/2010 12:42

Everyone is doing v well with weight loss though I must say. It's v inspiring.

When I finally get my scales I will join you in the 'big reveal' once weekly, but until then, I can confirm that my tummy does feel a little bit smaller.

cyb · 21/03/2010 12:44

That was to undertone, not cheese!

CheeeseOnToast · 21/03/2010 12:53

ha, didn't think so!

bobbiewickham · 21/03/2010 12:56

Cheers undertone.

Had a big cup of coffee instead.

Won't be hard to resist seconds at Mil's...

15 gins?????????

cyb · 21/03/2010 12:57
