I will hook an IV up to some melted driping later

YoginiBikini · 22/03/2010 17:42

MamaG please eat something delicious or we will be attacked

cocolepew · 22/03/2010 17:43

That's only because I weighted myself first thing in the morning, Fridays (afternoon with clothes on) weigh in was the first I'd did, I was checking my new scales worked.

cocolepew · 22/03/2010 17:44

I wonder what I did email to my friend

MamaG · 22/03/2010 17:44

haha it wasn't a big anorexic reason

I was just V BUsy

BariatricObama · 22/03/2010 17:44

always weigh first thing after a wee. it is teh only way to get a constant.

cocolepew · 22/03/2010 17:45

[makes notes]

YoginiBikini · 22/03/2010 17:47

Only teasing MamaG. Now go eat

BO and after a poo, no? and naked?

bobbiewickham · 22/03/2010 17:48

Well, yes, but also from my primary school and Playschool circa 1970s.

LeSingeEstDansLarbre · 22/03/2010 17:51

come now, all this not eating is really bad form when we're fighting for the right to have a WW circa 1988 slogan as our thread title.

admire your stand on this, Su, what bollocks to be offended by this title when twi-sluts, bumsex and fucking this that and the other rule active convos. and like someone else said, kate moss said 'skinny'. i would actively NOT like to be skinny. slim, lush, leggy etc, yes please.

oh and SOMEONE ASKED ME IF I'D LOST WEIGHT TODAY!

MamaGoblin · 22/03/2010 17:51

Just went into the kitchen and turned in a full circle, looking at: the hot cross buns.the bread. DS's breadsticks.the emergency chocolate.the cheese.

Poured a glass of water and left. I can't say how much I'm looking forward to supper.

LadyBlaBlah · 22/03/2010 17:55

I would settle for slim too.

I currently have a muffin top, so have a long way to go before anyone mentions the word skinny.

Ideal weighing conditions are naked, after poo and wee first thing. Anything else doesn't count.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 22/03/2010 17:55

DH bought home a set of weights tonight so that I didn't have to lift litre carton of ready made formula during exercise. Bless.

Am about to have tea, not having tuna having beef burgers with salsa and salado (380 cal) as part of my low fat healthy eating plan to achieve a healthier bmi. Marvel at my healthy relationship with food.

Feeling very healthy and not at all underweight or too thin.

bobbiewickham · 22/03/2010 18:09

I've just cooked sausage and lovely buttery mash for the kids..and didn't eat ANY of the lovely, buttery creamy mash.

Drooling. But IN THE ZONE!

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 22/03/2010 18:12

GO BOBBIE

cyb · 22/03/2010 18:18

Hey I did something tonight that I have NEVEr done before.

Got my kitchen scales out and weighed a portion of custard for pud.

Sad? or inspired? Twas only 100 cals and I needed 'something' (was seeing spots as hadn't eaten anything Lentil and bacon soup at midday)

And lol at mamaGoblin spinning around in her kitchen trying to find something NOt to snack on.

cyb · 22/03/2010 18:19

well done Bobs on the mash, I too made a huge buttery pile for my lot and whilst I did lick the masher, that as it

Being pious is sooo much fun

BariatricObama · 22/03/2010 18:20

i jsut eat whatever i make. i did each fishpie with mash last week twice. it won't kill you, as long as you are careful with portions

MamaGoblin · 22/03/2010 18:21

I just did it again.

I'll get used to not snacking - done it before. But I don't think I've held back for about a month and it HURTS! Not hungry, just greedy lardarse.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 22/03/2010 18:21

Inspired

MamaGoblin · 22/03/2010 18:23

Cyb, did you measure custard into a cup or similar so you know how much is a portion for next time?

Just found half a pack of oven chips in freezer (making DS's tea) with '14 chips=3.5 points' written on in Sharpie. Vaguely remember doing that before christmas.

cyb · 22/03/2010 18:23

To save you dirtying your scales porridge (I used Ambrosia instant custard, can't be arsed with all that blowaway powder) a paper cake case filled up is 100g which is about 100cals.

cyb · 22/03/2010 18:24

Health and Safety notes:

Beware, paper cake case gets soggy

bobbiewickham · 22/03/2010 18:24

LOL at "licked the masher".

We've all been there.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 22/03/2010 18:28

OK sad - but where else can you get this quality of advice?
