2010 weight loss, Loose 2 stone by March - anyone want to join me?

Hiya,

Am starting Monday, I have not weighed myself yet and think I probably need to loose close to 3 stone but am aiming for 2 by end of March.

Will weigh myself in here on Monday and update each Monday after.
Anyone want to join me?

i would love to hit 3.5lbs again, then ill get my silver 7, lolol.

but after this week im not sure itll happen.

my darling DH called me into the kitchen to show me the scales which he had loaded with about 5 cuboard items all weighing together at 3.5lbs,

felt better after that

My aim is to exercise more. But it is hard when the monkeys children are trying to climb on me while exercising.

my aim is just to stick to the diet, I can't really exercise atm as my work is full on in Jan, hence my utter anoyance at this weather/school being shut. I'm an accountant so tax returns need to be filed by 31st Jan, busy busy!! But once we're past end of Jan I will start the exercise when ds is at preschool, that's twice a week and since i don't do anything normally I'll stick to that for a while and also try walking more when I can.

I've missed so much that it would take me hours to read back on it all so just has a skim through. Sorry if I have missed anything major but well done on all your weight losses and Jodie I hope your arm is better soon, it sounds painful.

I had weight in today and lost 4 lbs so am now 11 stone. I haven't been this low since pre children and it feels brilliant. I am really starting to feel better in myself now.

My aim this week is to do at least 20mins exercise everyday, and to stick to under 2000 calories a day! Not to bad have done 35mins exercise today and totted up calories to about 1600 give or take a few! Have drunk over 2 litres today too!

Ive lost 4lb this week, although I weighed on Thursday, but will be changing to a monday from now on. Ive lost 2 inches off my waist too! Have started my davina dvd in earnest too this week, its a killer. 4lb more and Il be under 10stone, cant wait!

I also aim to drink more water. I hardly drink anything at all. I usually have a cup of tea with breakfast and a glass of lemonade at dinnertime. That is it all day. I never feel thirsty.

I have no idea how I'll cope tomorrow. I'm working 7am until 3pm. I never want to eat that early in the morning. So I'm usually starving by 9. So will have to try to eat some breakfast before work.

Weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3.5lbs - very pleased as it has been a struggle this week and I only really started back on the diet proper on Thursday last week

Am a bit slow, sorry, not babejones bebejones! O and my aim (if i may) is not to use food to 'medicate' myself (dr phil ultimate weight loss book) when i feel low/sad/lonely/pissed off or etc etc but to stay away from the kitchen do anything instead but not scoff crap... and to make the time for exercise... Somehow...

Polly and Murlette, thanks for the lentil soup recipes.

We have lost an AMAZING amount of weight together, I have a friend who weighs 71/2 stone!

I meant to visit the gym today but by the time I've trudged to the supermarket and to my friend's (she a beautician) to have my eyebrows waxed it adds up to about 3/4 miles.

Poohbearsmum I know what you mean about keeping out of the kitchen. Do you like walking? You've done really well already.

Ok getting trimmer Been on it most days, not yesterday as was super busy, usually do 30 mins - 1hr.

I better get on it today, this I'll do a bit of Davina too now I have my weights back.

Anyone else feeling a bit deflated today?

Not sure why. If I carry on at the rate I'm going now I'll loose half a stone a fortnight,

Need to push myself to get going today,

Had cereal and skimmed milk for brekkie.

Think I need to buy some digital scales to easily keep on track ith my points, sometimes I'm guessimating.

No soup, I'm afraid, but I know what you mean about the deflated feeling.

I had to leave work early yesterday as DD was chucking up at school, got home and tore into whatever food was lying around, all carb-laden. 3 bakewell tarts, half a bag of doritos later, I felt as sick as poor DD....

Started this morning with better intentions but I don't feel the 'oomph' that I had last week. I'm blaming it on AF, as that always makes me incredibly tired on day 2/3 when I lose blood like a Tarantino movie (sorry if TMI!) and am hoping I can kick myself out of it.

I was watching Generation XXL last night and they were all oohing in horror over that child who was 35% body fat - I made the mistake of paying the extra 20p at Boots to get my bodyfat %ge yesterday and I'm composed of 40% fat! How can that be??? I think that's depressed me a little, despite the weight loss.

Ah well. Keep up the good work, everyone, hopefully we can all encourage each other!

Morning all, had to quick post yesterday as had an early start. Bit disappointed with the 2lb because have always usually lost more in first week. But have been a bit bunged up and still partially BF but think will finish soon as DD is 19 weeks now.

My aim is more water, less coffee use wii 4 times this week and keep up the healthy eating.
Great losses on the board and that is keeping me motivated for this week too so well done all.

t ww fets cheese/red onion pizza 6.5p and roasted bns and peppers

really must do some exercise but just dont seem to have the time at the moment
