Emotional eater staring the alizonne diet in January any one want to join me.

I am a emotional eater i see found as a source of pleasure that something that we need to survive. I am starting the alizonne diet on the 13 of January and tomorrow i start a healthy eating plan to help to ease me into it and to also lose 7lbs by the 13th please feel free to leave a comment as i will be leaving regular posts to show my progress. I am 5 ft 4 and 13 stones target weight 10 stones.or 140lbs.

I am so pleased to see that some more people have just started the Alizonne diet - I went for my first treatment on 11th March and have now had three weigh-ins. I was delighted that on Wednesday I had already lost a stone! I have five stone to lose and was told that it would take 22 - 28 weeks, so I think I am on course.

I find the sachets are all right - particularly love the hot chocolate and also the vanilla dessert ones (I have that with some stewed rhubarb for breakfast). I need to go and start my evening meal now - will be having the sheep's cheese with aubergine (a recipe from my book) which is lovely. Will be interested to hear all about how you get on and offer mutual support.

Afternoon all, l'm thinking of starting this at Leeds soon (l'm moving over there this weekend) - is anyone going to that clinic and how are you finding it?

how do you avoid wanting to snack on chocolate when you are stressed - old habits!!!!!
