yes you do, well at my clinic you do

Each time you go you pay for the combined treatments - the fat blasting targets individual areas and the tightening does the whole body. If you require extra skin tightening then you have to pay for that

i tried the hot chocolate. something must be wrong with me, i dont like it and thats the one everyone likes

I haven't tried that one yet so don't know if I like it. I like some of the sachets that most people hate so it's a personal taste thing, really - some people hate all the soups and I love both the asparagus and mushroom. Same with the omelettes - I really like those but others hate them. I'm sure you'll manage to find some things that you like, though I know that some people only like a few of them and have to have them for every meal - not sure if I could do that for several weeks due to the lack of variety! Have you tried any of the others that you like?

well thet gave me a sample of cappacino and a curry soup, i'd say i like the soup.

but i was tryin to work it all out, there just doesnt seem to be enough hours in the day to get 5 sachets in. how many hours between each and when are you meant to have your dinner

I think i was told min 2 hours before bedtime.

And yes i think i am glad i have only 4 weeks on the sachets

You have your first sachet about half an hour after you get up in the morning, one mid morning, one for lunch, one mid afternoon and one for evening meal at least 2 hours before bed. It's a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 4 hours between each so for example, today I had my breakfast sachet at 07:30, midmorning sachet at 10:30, lunch at 1pm and will have my mid-afternoon sachet at about 4 and my evening meal between 6:30 and 7. You still have sachets in phases 2, 3 and 4 if you are on phase 1 for 4 weeks - in phase 2 you replace one sachet a day with meat / fish / eggs, then on phase 3 replace your breakfast sachet with a slice of toast or cereal so that you are re-introducing carbs gradually to keep your blood sugar under control. You re-introduce fruit in phase 4 and so on. You probably won't be on the later phases for very long if you are obnly doing it for 8 weeks in total. I got some new scales at the weekend and have lost just over a stone in total in 24 days so just another 2 stones to go now!

Thats brill Derevkofan, when do you go back to the clinic?

This is so good because you see the results in a short time, i have tried everything. And its so off putting with first week 3lb on, 2nd week 1lb on, 3rd week 1lb off etc.

Going back tomorrow for another combined treatment and have my first doctor review next week so hope to have lost a few more pounds by then. I know that i'll have to have lost at least 2 stones in total before they move me to phase 2 - not looking forward to phase 2 as I'm a veggie and the only option there for replacing one sachet is eggs. Not really an egg fan and there are only so many different ways that eggs can be cooked. Can't wait for toast in phase 3, though, as I'm really missing bread at the moment! When are you starting the diet for real? I would recommend the exotic fruits and pear and mango drinks - they're both gorgeous!

Hi everyone
This is my first post as i'm new on here. Its great to find people talking about Alizonne as its something I have wanted to do since May last year and have been saving for it ever since.
I'm hoping to have my consultation at Court House Clinics in Stockport in March, and then start after that.
Ideally I would like to lose between 3 and 4 stone in weight but depends on total cost.
I have something called polycystic ovarian syndrome and need to lose weight to increase my chances of getting pregnant with my partner.
Everyone on here seems so nice and i'm hoping to make some new friends

Yes, still feeling hungry, dizzy, sick, lacking in energy and have still not had a decent night's sleep. My next weigh-in had better be worth it! Loved the hot chocolate sachet! Well done on already starting to lose the weight before you start the programme.

do you feel different after your first treatment derevkofan?

Report
Friendlypizzaeater · 21/01/2010 14:34

Started this morning with a cold drink (nice), had a vanilla dessert mid morning (Ok) and veg soup for dinner (very nice) with a bag of lettuce and a couple of toms ...

Peeing like there is no tomorrow (last night as well so presume that was from the treatments ???) But I am not drinking any more than I usually do I always, always drink at least 2 litres a day, normally 3 litres ?

good on you friendly with the water, this is whre i am going to struggle as i hate drinkin water.

how was the treatments, was any of it painful?

Report
derevkofan · 21/01/2010 16:43

Yes, I'm peeing a lot too- up several times a night even on day 27! I had my first treatment at my first appointment after the initial consultation as they don't normally do it on your initial consultation day. Didn't feel any different after my first treatment. I've had it done 3 times now (the combined) and my belly is getting smaller as my jeans are baggy around the waist - shame they're still tight on my thighs as they haven't moved on to fat blasting them yet - that will be next week or the week after. My skin is a lot softer and some people say it helps with cellulite after a while. I found the skin tightening painful initially on my thighs - I was told it tends to be more uncomfortable in areas where there is cellulite so that makes sense as my thighs have loads of the stuff!

That should save you some money, kurves! Have next doc appointment on Monday. A lot of people on the Alizonne forum say they feel sick, dizzy, hungry and lacking in energy and a lot get very constipated indeed which slows down the weight loss. There is a list of side effects that they ask about each time you go and I have had them all so far! I also vomited last weekend after one of my favourite sachets so I've had to remove it from my list as just the thought of it now makes me nauseous. It may be that once I get to a stone above my target I phase quickly off the diet and then go it alone usiang the BMR measurement while continuing the combined treatments as the sleep deprivation is really starting to cause problems for me at work now.
