Hello to you all.

I know how you all feel....I lost a pound this week making a total of 2stone and 9lbs. Only have another 6 stone to go!!
Not been totally great, but havent been totally bad either, but the good thing is that I have gone down a couple of dress sizes, which I think is the greatest way of seeing how much weight you have lost.
Now ive only got to stop dreaming of size 10's and be realistic....maybe next summer, hopefully!! Well, no DEFINATELY....

I had to pay at WeightWatchers last week because I had gone over my goal weight

So I have been super, duper, fantastically good this week, just been to weigh-in and...I have lost 6.5 lbs and am back within my Gold parameters.

Dh and I are going out for a meal tonight and I am not going to be good...hooorah!

Good luck dior - you will be great - imagine them all naked!

Well done dior - the first few times are bound to be nerve racking, but you will soon get the hang of it. I am sure you will be inspiring people to lose weight very soon.
It is my weigh in tomorrow - i was naughty at the weekend but have been ultra good since so am hoping to lose a little. I fance a curry tomorrow - has any one any ideas how to make it low fat? I usually go for tikka masla, pilau rice, oninon doodahs and naan - not for the feighnt hearted!!!

ark · 05/05/2005 15:43

super news dior - I am sure it is the type of thing which gets easier! I weighed in today - lost half a pound!!! Well its not been a great week so I can't complain! Total loss is 1st 2 lb
am wearing my new jeans which DP bought me for reaching the stone lost - size 14 without breathing in Hope you are all okay . xx

ark · 05/05/2005 15:47

Should say - DP bought me jeans at christmas which were size 18, which is what tipped me to go to ww in the first place

Fantastic dior!
And ark, 18 to 14 in 5 months, thats great. I am still in my size 18s, but the pair i bought at christmas, (and wore on 14th feb and couldn't breath in) are now a comfy fit, if not a bit baggy. I always wear the same jeans to get weighed in! I'll need braces soon! Todays the day - fingers crossed.

ark · 06/05/2005 09:56

Dior!!!!! What are you going to do when you hit that goal?? That is fantastic well done.
Fee - good luck - hope it goes okay. Have started to chill out about ww - was getting to stage were I felt like ww was everything, now I am calmly able to attend my weigh in!! Slowly but surely is obviously the way it is going to work for me.

fee77 · 06/05/2005 13:36

Wow - lost 3 1/2 lbs again, so my total weight loss is ONE STONE!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it!! I am having curry to celebrate - tesco healthy living tikka masala and rice - 8 points.

ark · 06/05/2005 14:54

fee - well done!!! You are doing so well - and loosing it so quick!! enjoy your curry!

a x
