Well i ate so much this weekend i made myself ill! I ate and drank non stop on saturday, and was really sick through the night - i am hoping this means i consumed no points! Thankfully i ate in moderation yesterday. I am home now, with no nice food in the house, so will definately get on back on track today. But sorry it is just too damn hot to bounce.

yes literally must have sweat myself slim! And still am no air con in office.

Fee - I also ate all the cake this weekend - had to work on sat and so bought choc brownie from the local market and sat at desk eating. I am rather proud of myself as thoroughly enjoyed it! Back on track now!

I went into boots today and jumped on the scales...knew it was a bad idea...gonna be good now till the weigh in on thurs...x

hi again.. ate my way thro saturday(dd b-day party) and again yesterday! and get this i dont like cake! anything creamy does nothing for me. am a savoury fanatic tho, and thats as bad if not worse! am back on track today,and have untill thurs night weigh in to try to undo some of the bad i've done, so fingers crossed i'll maintain at least.

Dior, theres comfort in knowing that even you, a ww leader falls off the wagon from time to time, it makes me feel less of a pig!
im going on hol on 30th of july with dh, and couple of our friends, when i re-joined ww on 1st april i set myself a goal of 10-5 for hol, thats now less than 6 weeks away and i've 4.5 lbs to lose.. i know its entirely possible but i cant afford to have bad days like i've had for the past 4 days, and the more i think about it, the more i want to eat!
of course on hol i plan on lettin my hair down completely, and not think about what i eat, but i guess thats the completely wrong attitude to have isnt it, undo all the hard work and all..
what do you all do/plan to do on hols??

Okay admiting now absolutely disaterous week so far went for noodles last night and have only manaegd one exercise class -best advice for getting back on track please! Need to lose 1 lb this week will get next silver seven!

As for holidaying why not allow badness at one meal a day - keep on salads rest of time - you will be surprised if is hot you'll prob eat less!

U go on holiday on 30th july too, and i plan to eat drink and be merrry! My leader tells us (sounds like i am from another planet!) to try to be good, but to me it is our only holiday, so i intend enjoying it! Two weeks out of 52 - how much damage can it do?! (Oh and then there will be another teo weeks pigging out at christmas)
I am still being good - according to my scales i am up 1lb, so i will try to lose that by friday - i don't mind staying the same!

Oh dior! But i love all the bad things - ice cream, alcohol, cakes, chocolate! I do understand what you are saying - 7 lb in 11 days is good going though! The sad thing is i know i feel like crap when i eat bad things - i get really stodgy and lethargic. I will be goodish - how's that for a compromise.

Not sure what she weighed, but i think she lost 6 stone - the program is on channel 4 at 8 tonight.

Hi all.. was down 1.5 lbs this week, am thrilled especially after last weekends eating, am 2.5 lbs off initial goal of 10-5.5, so am thrilled needless to say, havent weighed this little in at least 9 yrs, feel so so much better about myself and have so much more confidence its amazing.

Dior.. completely agree with you about hols and eating but its practically impossible to watch what you eat and not gain a few lbs..
isnt that what hols are all about, lettin your hair down and completely relaxin, body mind and soul? and you cant really do that and count points at the same time. and ya, we prob will come back here and compain about gaining a few lbs but isnt that what we're all about on this thread? gettin each other through the highs and lows?
the last hol i went on, i lost half stone because i was ill and couldnt eat, promised myself this time ill sample all that there is to be sampled! knowing my look ill get food poisoning on first day!

hi linny - well done on that loss great news. I missed my meeting this week as got stuk in a meeting marathon at work and my weigh in is a lunch time.. Secretly quite pleased as really feel that haven't been achieving what i want recently both with food and exercise mainly coz I am just so mad at work. However onwards ad upwards the end of this work section is in sight and I will get right back into the gym and the salad

of to the parents this weekend for a village summer fete (my dads a vicar!) so please all keep fingers nobody approaches me with scone cream and jam! have a good weekend a x
