Well done on the gym RG. I am sticking to walking fast uphill on the treadmill at the moment.Might try jogging when I'm a bit fitter !!
I try to do 30 mins Cardi vascular and split it between a few different machines to keep it interesting. Do you do that one that's like pedalling a bike with your arms ?I find that to be a killer !

I try and do about 40 mins cardio work, normally 20 mins on each machine. That arm pedaling machine is hard but AWESOME!! I used to use it all the time when i went to Fitness First but i dont think my new gym has got one of those machines I'm gutted as it made a huge difference to my arms in such a short space of time. Keep at it!

DH shopuldn't be working in the evenings this week, am thinking I might go running on the beach (depends how many people there are about) or my parents are away so I can use their living room for my workout DVD. I want to lost some more before I go away at half term. Have dug out my old collection of "Slimming" magazines...

I have just attempted my Rebecca Wheatley DVD - it's going on ebay! It's too easy and the trainer guy doesn't seem to have the same rhythm as the music! Think I'll stick to RC (I gave up after the warm up cos I couldn't work out the steps)

have probably poisoned self and children with undercooked turkey

Can I come back after 3 poor weeks?
Somehow despite feeling very much like I just couldn't be bothered to eat right and exercise (even yesterday I really really wanted chocolate) and quite often not even trying to resist, today I have eaten all the right things, I have exercised and I want a yoghurt for pudding instead of ice cream

I know it's not very good that I'm only doing this right when I feel like it, but I will try harder to resist next time I am tempted, I promise!

Hi Jammy. I was wondering if you were doing so well you'd dumped us. Am glad you're back

I am PMT-laden this evening, feel very teary. And buggered up what was a good day by buying a chicken korma meal as DH wasn't going to be in for planned dinner of lemon roasted chicken with garlic and herb roasties. Somehow that went over my calories remaining, so I've blown it til tomorrow Will plan better tomorrow, will not have a bacon roll for breakfast, or a pre-packed sandwich for lunch.

And I can't be bothered to clear up the toys to make space to do a DVD

What i said basically was that Jammy you shouldn't worry if you've been bad or not - this thread is here irrespective of how you've eaten! I have to confess that i've not actually been watching what i'm eating lately. I'm trying to establish a good exercise routine at the gym first and then when exercise becomes second nature to me, i will start to look at what i'm eating and cut out what i shouldn't be eating!!

LOL @ Ria for not being bothered to tidy away the toys. Sounds just like me!!

there really is no point RG (and DM&F have taken the playpen to their static reasy for our trip at Whit, so it's worse than usual) I only tidy up if DH is heredoing that ucking-in-breath thing when he sands n some duplo (look where you're going twunt!)
