Right - I HAVE to lose 1 1/2 stone. And tone up... anyone wanna join me in a vague kick up the arse thread?

I need this weight gone.

It is making me seriously depressed (not in a vague "oh god that's depressing" way, in a very very low, slightly suicidal, don't want to be seen in public kind of way).

I was 6 months pregnant the only time I have weighed this much before.

Just the basics - exercise more in some way, eat better, eat less etc. Was thinking a weekly weigh in might help shame me into doing it.

My final weigh in is tomorrow but I reckon it will be 5lb in total, which will then put me at 10st 12.5 Last time I was 10 stone something was 2002. I will then go back to slow and steady weight loss and upping the exercise and heading towards my first target weight off 10st 7lb. If I can lose another 5lb before the end of the year I will have lost 2stone 8lb this year

Hi LLL (just wanted to give you a gentle kick and a well done for still keeping at it!!) I'm still keeping at it too , got to goal on 27th June and I'm 1 lb heavier now than I was then which is really good I think, I'm still being good sometimes but do have my off days, every single day is a new day and I try everyday, some days I don't do well but I make up for it on other days, you will egt there if you keep on I'm also still doing the swimming and aquafit when i can, I did 30 lengths on monday and aquafit on thursday, might go swimming again tomorrow and keep it up.

i am weighing in at 12.5 still. but havnt really started this week as i joined mid week - starting today no big fat roasty dinner for me today !!

Oh, I want to join this thread! I just wish I'd read it before I had lovely seedy toast with lots of butter for breakfast!
I have absolutely no will power with diets but after a hideous shopping trip for something to wear to the Christmas meal, I should have all the determination needed!
I weigh 10.7 and am 5'1" so cannot afford to be wearing the extra saddle bags that seem to be permenantly attached to my hips.
Please keep me focused - I can't get any bigger, I can't afford any more clothes!

I'm here - slept til 1pm (Very very much love DH right now!). Feeling odd Going to mum's in a bit to weigh in then.

Prob lost sod all this week - have had wine and coffee out, plus no exercise!

Been eating like a horse.
plus I went out for my birthday friday had drink and chinese.
Yesterday had chili and rice for tea, then I had chicken burger and chips for supper

Why?????
I was hungry though, I am always hungry atm.
Not weighed myself for 2 week.
Might do today.

i've just made some peanut butter biscuits for oldest dc's (they've been at their dads ALL weekend).
i can't stop eating the farking things.

they'll be home soon though, then i'll have to stop.

no.i ate loads. really fucking gorged myself. i felt disgusting. i really hate the way i feel about food. am feeling very low today.

Had half a large meat feast pizza from Pizza Hut, they took ages to serve us so we got a free pizza of which I have just eaten another two slices the bad thing is I 'could' eat more... what a fat knacker. 2 of the 5lb I lost last week has gone back on, so I am now 11st again tsk, 1 step forwards, 2 steps back all the time!
