Right - I HAVE to lose 1 1/2 stone. And tone up... anyone wanna join me in a vague kick up the arse thread?

I need this weight gone.

It is making me seriously depressed (not in a vague "oh god that's depressing" way, in a very very low, slightly suicidal, don't want to be seen in public kind of way).

I was 6 months pregnant the only time I have weighed this much before.

Just the basics - exercise more in some way, eat better, eat less etc. Was thinking a weekly weigh in might help shame me into doing it.

did have porridge this morning though, and it was loverly.

i think about food all the time.

I love food, Not sure if its breast feeding that is making me so ravenous (sp?)

Have had jacket pot and beans with a bit of cheese for tea. I never ever eat jacket pots (dont really like them. But was ok.

If get hungry later will prob have cereals instead of toast and crisps.
I eat far too much bread.

so do i, that's why i told myself to cut out wheat (and sugar) to avoid the bread. But have had the odd slice here and there.

you have to eat a bit more though no1, don't put too much pressure on yourself to diet if you're bf-ing.

i had a weird looking herb and cheese omelette and salad for tea, it was very green and tasted luverly. i sat and watched the kids eat pizza and chips and then i made them banana splits with hot choc sauce and didn't even dip my finger in the sauce or nick a slice of pizza.

I would like to join in please. I moved countries recently and my (previously really quite good) exercise regime has gone up the spout, so my (already bad) snacking habit has got out of control. And my tummy is flabby for the first time in ages (mostly I put weight on my thighs) so I need to start doing pilates again.

I weigh 11 stone. I'd like to weigh 10 stone by Christmas.

I went running this morning.

Ooh crisps are my downfall too.

3 halloween parties yesterday, although the corset costume made it harder to eat much

Today we're on veg stew thing which is pretty much v good stuff.

I am hopeful for tomorrow, even with my lapsed days. Mainly due to us going out lots all week, so DC eating out and me not cooking a main meal for me n DH Possibly not a good way to do it.

On the other hand, the corset gave me a flat stomach and waist, so if I just wear that full time....?

i'm too embarrased to do stuff like that, although i just found a mums and buggys exercise class that sounded o.k.

i've eaten shite today, feel crap.

it's the quantity rather than the quality (did only have one bag of crisps though!!)

porridge for brekky (just sultanas on it.)

shortly followed by 6 oatcakes

shortly followed by..........6 more oatcakes!

teatime- jacket spud with beans,broccoli and mixed veg.

shortly followed by a turkey sarnie,prawn cocktail crisps and half a farkin' scone!!!!!

and i'm at work now, still hungry

I am doing really quite badly apart from not drinking. If I lose weight this week it will just show me my alcohol intake was way too high!
Off to have cheese and biscuits. I'm not good at this dieting thing. Must try harder.

Hi everyone.
crisps are my downfall too.
I need to be more creative with lunch as I cant eat a sandwich without a packet.

So what time are we weighing today.
Ideally should be first thing before breakfast.
I have just had crunchy nut cornflakes at 7.00am, just eating a slice of toast with lemon curd.

My scales are in the garage (gym) and I too bloody lazy cold to go and weigh myself.

Willget dh to fetch them inside for me.

Today I have eaten......... chocolate cake

it is all gone now though

I slipped last night and had wine and sensations

Need to get back into "doing stuff" in the evenings so I stop snacking - have been so tired the last few nights that I knew I would wreck it if I tried the cross stitch. I have to get my books sorted for the business though, so can do that too

Hello I have been very very naughty. Been really ill with labyrinthitis have eaten absolute crap like pizza, chips and curry sauce, chocolate, icecream, microwave stuff. Poor juicer is looking neglected.

On the plus side the hell job is now over and I have 3 days off before I start nice new one So hoping I can start to behave again.
