So, do you know why the motivation has disappeared? Is it a reflection of how you are feeling at the moment in general or maybe you are just a bit fed up with SW--would a fresh start on a different plan help? I've toyed with changing to WW myself simply because then I wouldn't have to face my old class (and crap consultant). But I do like the SW free food approach.

Does anyone know how many syns in the new Mullerlight Apple and Cinnamon flavour?

Demented · 08/03/2005 11:03

A little Bump!

Turns out I didn't buy any (thought I did) so not so important but would still like to know.

BTW Mullerlights 5 for £1 in Somerfield. Bargain!

Oh good, just thought they would have had syns like the Lemon cheesecake etc, will need to get some then. Thanks.

Sorry about the gain. You've been doing so well that I'm sure the scales will be going in the right direction again next week!

BTW I don't think my e-mail got through to you last week, but I lost 1lb, making total since Jan 7.5lbs. Trying to behave again!

Sorry YG, just seems to long since I had a loss that I didn't want it missed.

Hope you get your computer woes sorted out soon.

Do the shakes have nutritional info on them Lisalisa? If they do there is a section on the website where you can put in the cals/fat etc and it will calculate the syns for you.

lisalisa, if they've got a high proportion of something in them that is free on a red or green day you will get a different Syn value for each day, there is a bit in the calculator to put the free food in IIRC. If they have milk in or if you add milk to them you can count the milk as a HE.

Hope you have a better week Christie.

Had a bit of a difficult week myself, stepping on the scales tomorrow, AF is here and the last few days proper meal planning has gone out the window, I've had two takeaways, one lunch in Costa Coffee and three occasions to eat cake this week! Going to a children's party on Saturday so going to have to be strong, hope nobody's been doing any home baking for it, 'cause if they have then I'm not sure I can resist.

Hi guys. Have just e-mailed my consultant to let her know I won't be going to group anymore. Shall have to keep popping my head in here on occasions to keep myself on the straight and narrow. Hope you are doing okay. x

How are you all doing?

I think that I am going to join you from Monday - I know that it works if I stick to it and it's 16 weeks off the hols - this could be the year when I actually allow myself on the holiday photos!!
