OMG, I have discovered quorn sausages, they are lovely, aren't they?

I have lost 4.5 so far but am trying not to get totally fed up of this.

I like quorn sauage and mash with loads of beans. yum. I have quorn tikka fillets in the freezer, maybe Thursday. Am out all day tomorrow so am not hopeful.

anyone know when the new magazine comes out?

hi. lost 1.5 lb at weigh in today
have got a new consultant - straight out of training. she will need to get up to speed pretty quick if she is going to hold our attention!
have had "breakfast" for my tea: quorn sausages, tinned toms, scrambled egg with cheese and about 5 rashers of bacon with big mug of tea. yum.
am off to get choc orange hifi bar for pud.

heavy - We had a brand new consultant in our class, it was't bad and she was soon a lot sharper on her stuff than the old one.

Why am I sticking to SW 100% now that I've decided I'm going to WW??

Don't worry I will still be a regular on here and there is every chance I will give up and come back here, grumbling and muttering about points!

I'm skipping this week's weigh in . I've been so bad this week and then went out drinking last night and can't face the scales today until I've had some time to repair the damage. I think this approach is technically cheating and certainly not in the spirit of Slimming World but I've lost every single time I've been weighed since I joined and want to keep my unblemished record!
I'm also suffering today with mighty awful hangover so technically I'm too ill to go along to group anyway.....

Its all gone a bit pear shaped for me this week, I keep having bad days as far as my eating goes.

I will probably still WI on Saturday and kick myself for allowing myself to slip off the diet. I was doing so well up until Sunday.

Kid, the Asda Chickpea dahl is the only syn free one...all the others have highish syn value, sadly!

As for the emotional eating....it is one of my issues I suppsoe it's quite common...

Well, was weighed today and maintained...not what I hoped for, but better than a gain...and I suppose it's not unexpected at the moment....hard to keep proper focus on the weight loss thing when my whole life is all over the place, lol...finding settling into University life a bit difficult...it's so much to take in and hardly any free time and as for time spend with Kids, sadly almost as little as free time, which is shocking....
I am sure things will get easier with time...
My eating is, actually fine, all in all...but every now and then somethng naughty slips through ...will be better this week!

I don't go to Asda often, bit of a drive away and they don't deliver to my area.

Nevermind, I will have to make a point of driving there sometime in the near future.
I am getting a bit fed up of eating the same things, I need junk food. Okay I don't really need it but I sure do fancy some.

I need to go shopping, fridge and cupboards beginning to look a bit empty. I need to stock up on healthy snacks that I actually like!

Hiya, sorry couldnt get on yesterday we went to Brighton for a day out as the weather was nice, was really lovely, my dd's little face when she saw the sea was worth the drive bless her!

I weighed in yesterday and lost 4.5lb hurrah! just gotta keep going! we packed a picnic for the beach so i did myself a sandwich using me HEb allowance and took lots of fruit and stayed in 15 syns, didnt have any ice creams or wine! Used it on a few pistachio's and some mayo etc but we did so much walking i'd like to think that really it cancelled out!

Ive just eaten a whole packet of Batchelors Pasta n Sauce as i was starving, been out a pgroup all morning. Am feeling rather shattered! Am gonna have Quorn Sausages for dinner as i really rather like them, will make some mash i think and use fromage frais in it instead of milk/butter.

Im looking forward to the new magazine! Its probably rather silly but reading all the stories of peoples weight loss really helps me, i always try to find the person thats nearest my weight and height and see how theyve got on to inspire me!

I love the magazine too, and goodness knows I need reminding.

Am STARVING today (think it might be diplaced stress from yesterday) we were going for a walk on the beach but have just realised are giving DS1s friend a lift home from film club so we won't all fit in the car. Lots of walking planned for weekend though.

Hello, and how are we all today?

Just reporting back from day 1 of WW - I ended up hungry at night but couldn't be bothered to work out what I could have for my points etc so just left it and went to bed

So far I have eaten ready meals and pre-prepared stuff, but I've got to get onto cooking my own soon, I start to feel really ill if its not home made. Think I'll have to just cook one portion at a time for the time being, as I can't resist going back for seconds like I have been doing on SW!

I think I'll give myself a break until Monday and shop properly and PLAN PLAN PLAN, because I want to do it, it's just the actual doing it I'm having trouble with.

Has anyone seen that Tesco are selling large Aero bars for 62p. DON'T BUY ONE!

I did and have eaten almost half already I didn't realise how yummy they were. I will try not to eat anymore, but I can hear it calling from the fridge!
Today hasn't been a good food day for me.

We're having a chinese tonight as it's our anniversary. Am hoping the breastfeeding might burn off some of the naughtiness of it...

hi there! bohemian it only let me put my weight in the day after my weigh in day for some reason, if that helps?

So today has been really bad ive eaten toast with butter on 3 slices! 2 milky bars! a packet of giant buttons! and probably so much more i cant remember in my sugar addled mind! Ive enjoyed the plan so far, am not due on or anything i just woke up thoroughly downhearted and just a breath away from sobbing all day long i dont know what the hell is wrong with me so ive caved in and shall be back on it tomorrow and not beat myself up about it. The problem is giving up and carrying on eating the crap and i dont want to. Ive had my cake, eaten it repeatedly, onwards and upwards.... tomorrow

on the plus side ive eaten so many pulses lately im on the loo non stop so hopefully itll help counteract the chocolate fest! tmi sorry!

WI today, gained 1 lb, I was expecting a much bigger gain!
I'm going out again tonight for a meal, will stuff my face and worry about it for the rest of the week!

I will be having a good week this week, nothing planned so know I can stick to SW much better than the previous week.

As for me, plodding along,lol...
But was annoyed today, lil ones and me go to Morrisons for lunch and little shop every saturday, as es has a class on for 2 hours near morrisons...and as on green day today went for their smart pasta dish...on piccie it was pasta in a tomatoe sauce...however I got a tuna/cheese pasta bake...grrr....
would have chosen Jacket potatoe with Baked Beans, but we were having Jacket pots tonight, sigh

Thinking of going to my first SW meeting tomorrow. How long do the meetings last and what is the format, do you have to stay the whole time, is there a group discussion etc or can you just turn up, register, get weighed etc. and leave when you're done? Would stay but have childcare issues and there are no other local meetings at a more convenient time.
