I've lost 1 and half stone but no one has noticed

and I cant even tell. I am still wearing the came clothes. I have gone from 11.5 stone to 10stone.

Why can no one see it and why cant I see/feel it in my clothes ?

I’ve lost the same as you this year and my MIL noticed straight away. My old jeans are also falling down so I needed a new belt to keep them! People probably have noticed but are worried to say anything in case it isn’t deliberate.

I had to go from 13 stone to 10 before people said anything. I actually find the first stone isn’t noticeable to anyone but yourself.
