Team RH membership has caused me increasing anxiety! I foolish signed up to their very misleading 12 month contract which gives you access to their members only fb group 😔

Within days I felt anxious as I thought the way the coaches etc spoke about members who were struggling with the plan (weight loss) were mocked and laughed at!

I was the one struggling (even though I was trying my very best) so I reluctantly contacted the "coaches" to be told that you can't ask for help for the first 21 days. After 6 weeks with zero weight loss I reached out again with no reply.

I then added a comment on their FB members group that it felt threatening and bullying. I was swiftly told by Richie the front man for Team RH that I was a moaning something (sorry I can't remember the names but I do have screenshots) then blocked from the group.

My anxiety increased quite a bit and I felt sad and bullied. I then pulled my big girl pants up and stopped the direct debit with my bank! Thinking I was stopping the bullying, mocking behaviour......I was very wrong. The threatening emails arrived.

I contacted Team RH HR asking if I could end the contract as I am blocked on their FB members groups with no replies when asking for help from the coaches. I was asked to send them a GP letter with reasons why I can't use the plan!!!!

So, its my fault and my GP has to write a letter regarding my mental health and why I can't tolerate the mocking and bullying behaviour from them!!!!

What do I do?
Any advice please. Xx

there is actually a thread running on this board (apologies I don’t know how to link) and also makes reference to the recent and second time that nasty arsehole has been rules against by the ASA for their misleading ads on their subscription service.

Im sorry this dick and his cretinous lemming team and followers are making you feel like this

Team RH - Has anyone actually been visited by a debt collector?

They will send a few threatening emails and then crawl back under the rock they came out of. Honestly please don’t waste any more time stressing about it. They can’t take it further they rely on you caving in. I’ve cancelled and so have numerous other people on the other thread with no comeback. Legally it’s not a binding contract, they can’t affect your credit rating - please give it no further thought and delete all emails from them.

Now I know how to reply 😆 Thank you as I am getting worried about the emails from them. I dont know why Team RH aren't investigated on watchdog etc as they are awful 😕

They have been upheld by ASA twice for misleading info regarding their subscription service and they still haven’t changed the wording. I honestly wouldn’t even reply and give them a chance to hound you even more just delee the emails and move on. Search Team RH on here look for the thread that starts “ has anyone been visited by a debt collector”’and you will find the other thread. I don’t know how to link either when Im on my phone.

This is a long running thread about them. A lot of people were threatened with debt collectors, but so far no action has been taken against anyone as they know they don't have a leg to stand on
