Stayed the same this week, not surprised though as AF is due and I get the snackattacks

I hope to have a loss by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.

Have done 2 lots of exercise so far this week and have been sticking to the diet.

I have had a crap couple of days due to AF and snackattacking

flu plus builders in the computer room(sounds too grand...i mean the room where the computer is!) mean i've not been on for a few days....
