i love body scrubbing.i always feel refreshed .the best one i have found for cellulite is buffy the backside* slayer from lush.it is great and you sdon't need to moisturise after it

I'm having my greys coloured and a trim to get my layers sharp again.

Oh, I'm also making an appointment at the dentist [terrified emoticon]. I haven't been for nearly 3 years as I have a fear but I do need to get my teeth cleaned. I may even think of getting my teeth whitened. They aren't bad but everything can be improved, hey? [still terrified]

I have told myself that when I get back in my 10 stones I'm going to get my teeth whitened

I may join you there. I still need to make that appointment. I need help. I had to have 4 teeth out when I was 12 for braces. I then had to have a back tooth removed and more recently had my wisdoms out. Every time has been a trauma.

i too am a wuss about dentists...they never seemed to believe how bl**dy sensitive my teeth are...hadn't been for about 5 years (to my shame) when i did go they told me that i needed to see a private specialist to save some of my teeth from dropping out due to gum disease...

i was terrified but it was the best thing i ever did...the dentist believed me and they numbed and worked on half my mouth at a time...a bit sore having the needles but nothing compared to other pain...

anyway have now had the work done, my teeth are firm again in their sockets and my gums are lovely (even if i say so myself!)

my only problem now is that dd(4y) has asked me if "all old people like you have yellow teeth, mummy?"......am looking into having them whitened a few shades next
