Total loss since i joined ww is 34 and a half pounds but total loss since i had dd2 is about 63lbs (about 4 and a half stone)

I can't wait to go trying on more wedding dresses!

hi

ww weigh in last night- put on 1 lb . but still on my 10% goal, only just tho. cycled there and back with my friend who is moving to my ww.
meeting was a bloody joke tho- taking about strawberries and cream and the points in cream. then she finished off by saying ouk now if you are someone who likes to have cream, go for the clotted (about 18 points per tub!!!) and only have a bit. wtf??? should she not be saying about alternmatives such as fat free/reduced fat natural yoghurt and low fat creme fraiche? hardly bloody motivating us is it??

i should have lost so much more by now except i had a bout 7 weeks where i just lost the plot and didnt go to ww at all so didnt have any massive loss. i was meant tio be a size 10 by now

LMG - I want to lose another stone, then I'll see how I feel. I have had two good days and the scales this morning show me as the same weight as I weighed two weeks ago, so the holiday has not ruined my weight loss, just stalled it for a bit. I am aiming for a two pound loss next week though to put me back on track. I have 10 weeks (on saturday) till the wedding where I want to be as close to my goal as possible, but another holiday in between. So I really need to push myself and up the exercise if I have any chance of achieving it

You almost missed me getting to goal.......I'm hoping to do it by the end of this week, not sure if i'm ready to stop but maybe i'll stop for a bit then lose half a stone nearer to the wedding or should i keep going now i'm doing it and get to nearer 9 hummmmm will need to think about it, though i can't seem to stop having the odd treat, the odd treat these days is a sandwich or a biscuit not a whole packet of biscuits like the old days!

haven't been very good on the diet i'm afraid.too much going on to eat properly so it's been the odd take away and toast mainly lol
i'm going for it now though.i want to be 9 st by the end of july so thats another 8 lbs.

see how you feel lmg.i've maintained for 2 months so know i won't put the weight back on.just givivng it a final push to lose my last little wobbles

I think sometimes there's more to life than worrying about your weight so don't worry about going off track

I think I'll cancel my ww and see if i can just lose a few more pounds so i can be about 9.3 which is my ideal apparently.

not been around much as have been looking at windows/floors/double glazing salesmen(disappointing, sadly)
lovely sunny day here....am taking dd to the park to get away from the hammering on the roof....not far off the extension shell and all the roof being done....hooray...they had a day off y/day,i'd forgotten how quiet it was normally!

I still feel fat so think its just taking a while for it to sink in, when i walk past shop windows i get quite a shock! Think this is why I'm unsure about stopping, my stomach definitly still needs some work but is looking a million times better than i thought it would by now! (it's never going to be perfect obviously but I'm going to do my best!)

I think my plan now is to lose a few more lb's and carrying on exercising, might as well now i'm in the routine of it all, won't hurt to stay thin and fit, be nice to get toned for the wedding as well.

Hi Haven't been doing specific ones for my stomach but have been swimming twice this week, haven't been especially good like I said I was going to either, dp just made me fried eggs on toast (and he didnt use fry lite or low fat butter!) I've been fake tanned so didn't want to cook because if i wash my hands it will spoil it, can't wash it off until the morning! (it's my brothers wedding this saturday and I want to look nice)
