I am below pre-pregnancy weight but don't look half as good as I did after losing this amount after my first ds due to the c-section my tummy is still quite big, it was flat after ds1 I want to lose another 10 lb and then see how I feel. Only 2lb off losing two stone since Jan 1st

You have done amazingly well, you should be so proud!

My tummy hasn't sprung back as well after the 2nd time, I think I can get there but will have to work harder to tone it!

I'm definitly feeling happier about myself, still can't believe how much i've lost, when i walk past shop windows i'm still so shocked it's me! My size 12's are so baggy now!

I think i've lost more than the 1 lb i put on last week, I've been fairly good plus 2 nights of wii fit and 1 aquafit session.

I got on the scales this morning and was 9st 5lb (I was 9.8 at ww last week) my scales are usually 1 lb heavier than ww so by tonight and with clothes i'm guessing I'll be about 9.6 wihc i'll be chuffed with! I'm going wedding dress shopping tomorrow so I wanted to be the right side of 9.7.

Hows your shoulder LLL?

I've been to WW I have lost 2lbs so i'm 9.6 as predicted! Hurray! Good job considering the dress shopping and the fact I'm going for an all you can eat chinese tomorrow night!

The wedding is set for sept 12th 2009 at 3pm the church and reception room are booked!

You could easily lose 2lb in the next week if you are good and do as much exercise as you can, hows the shoudler? perhaps do something light like walking? Even making sure you get up and walk somewhere to go upstairs or take somethingt o another room is increasing your activity whihc over time will all help the best thing is if you can do 3 exercises per week that get your heart rate up.

This past week I've been good with meals but have snacked a bit on biscuits (also snacked on fruit and low fat yogurts and ww cakes) but I've playing on my wii fit for 20mins 2 nights plus aquafit (didn't do that much, spent the whole time chatting to my friend sort of following what everyone else was doing, i think its a bonus as long as i'm moving and not sat on my arse here it's better!)

Shoulder is much better thanks. Have been running around after the two boys and as soon as this blasted rain stops we can go out for some walks. Planning a run sunday morning, and I really ought to get on my stepper 20mins a day whilst ds2 has his nap. Also need to get back on the cross trainer. I can't believe that at this weight after ds1 I looked so much better and had a flat tummy now I have a right jelly belly, when I sit down my tummy is bigger than my boobs [boohoo]

I still have a jelly belly, so still got a way to go if i want any chance of having a firmer tummy, I'm not having any more dc's so even if it takes me years I'm going to get a firmer tummy! (I live in hope!)

I think when i get older if i've ever got enough money I might do it but tbh I think the scar from that would baother me more than the wobbley bits! My aunt had a tummy tuck and it didnt go well.

yes jahan, deffo 2lbs next week....i need to get back to planning my meals and putting them on here, it helps me stick to it.

i do have jeans....i'm wearing one pair and they are rather baggy....i can go to the loo without undoing them (sorry tmi).....i might be feeling a bit smug in them...time to root out a smaller pair!

busy w/e mainly because of dd's socialising!....better when i'm busy....this week have been in a lot because of the builders and just pootling and falling onto the multipack of crisps ....

Do we need a challenge?
How about we do at least 90 mins of exercise this week and lose 2lbs?

I can't believe the weather is so rubbish. It feels like late October. Oh well, good weather for soup.

I would seriously consider atummy tuck if I can't get rid of the jelly belly but I will try more pilates and running first as they are meant to be brilliant for getting it down.

Dh has commented on how I'm starting to get my shape back . Its true. I can see a waist now

weekend of dd's parties including one at the zoo which was great! Not too bad on the food front except for the box of dark chocs someone bought for me....haven't finished it!

busy morning of showers and toenail painting here

just had cereal. planning to ask dh to make his lovely risotto tonight and try to stick to fruit in between....

DS1 has been poorly too, he has wanted lots of cuddles too. Now got antibiotics for him so hopefully he will be better soon.

I don't think I am going to show a loss this week as AF is due and I was up on the scales this morning I know I haven't eaten enough to put weight on though so am not too depressed

Ds2 poorly here! He's been very clingy and has a slight temp. I think he's teething as he keeps chewing on his fingers.

Sunday was a rubbish diet day again but have been back on track since yesterday.
I think we need some binge days every now and then!

Hope your dc's get better soon.

dd a bit better today.....dosed her up for a photo session at venture....enjoyable...some fun shots....the sales pitch is next week
