How old are you and what do you weigh please

Not being nosey just generally interested, I will go first I’m 68 and weigh 12.8 I’m old school I don’t do kg, and I’m 5ft 7. Love to be around 11,5 my aim for the summer.

I’m 5’ 8.5 and weigh 9 stone 10 or 136 pounds. I’m 52.

Six months ago, I was the fattest I’ve ever been at 188 pounds or 13 stone 4. I looked awful. I was only 147 pounds when I was 9 months pregnant, so I’d really porked out.

I have had great success with mounjaro. I’m aiming to get to 9 stone.

I’m 44 and currently weigh 13st 8lbs. I’m 5ft 6. August 2023 I weighed 16st 7lbs so I’ve been losing slowly and steadily. I’m aiming to get to 11st 7lbs.

Age 57, 5'2", currently around 10st 7lb having lost 3.5st during 2024.

I'm 40, 5ft2.5 and 9st 9.5 down from 16st 13 two years ago.

I’m 38, 5’7” and 10 stone. I’d ideally like to lose half a stone though.

People comment I'm slim, but I'm not thin.

43, 5 foot 5 and 11 stone 9lb. Would like to be around 10.5 stone ideally

I'm 5'5", 9 stone and 60. I always weigh 9 stone (for about 30 years now) but the bloody fat distributes itself in unhelpful ways as one gets older.

Aged 45.

Down from 14 stone, 3 years ago, maintained for over a year.

I am 67 and weigh 11st 11lbs … and also old school! I have recently lost 7lbs through the HB diet and determined to lose another 7lbs.

61 and 5'5". I'm 11 st 2lb. Down from 15'8" since September and aiming to be my goal weight of 9'8" by July.

60 , 5 ft 2 on a good day , 9 stone 4 as an average ,if I go up a couple of pound I nip it in the bud quick

5ft 6 and weigh 9 stone 6. At my heaviest I was 14st.

43 and 166lbs (about 11.7 stone).
In April 2023 I was 244 lbs. It's been a long haul! I had just had a baby as a minor defence!

45, 5ft 7 and 8 st 3. 18 months ago was 7st 7. I'm paranoid about weight 😕

38, 8 stone 5lbs, 5ft 8. I was about a stone and a half heavier in my 20s but weirdly hitting 30s and then having a child really speeded up my metabolism and now I struggle to maintain a healthy weight, it tips too low if I'm not careful.
Wondering what menopause will do with that over the next decade or so.

41 yo, 5ft 8in, currently 155 lb (11st 1lb) was 218lb (15st 8lb) last Aug.

48, 5'3" and about 53kg. Ideally would lose a few kg but seems beyond me.
