How old are you and what do you weigh please

Not being nosey just generally interested, I will go first I’m 68 and weigh 12.8 I’m old school I don’t do kg, and I’m 5ft 7. Love to be around 11,5 my aim for the summer.

36, 5’5, 9st. I’m happiest around 8st9

It was yes. I couldn't see it at the time though. Looking back I look ill.

Well, you were underweight before. I'm 5'7 and 9 stones and I'm slim so you are definitely slim.

I have no idea how much I weigh I’m 63. I have a belt of it gets tight I try to lose some.

I'm 36 and 5'5 weight 9st 3 . Trying to get back to 8st 10 which is where I am happiest at. Just can't seem to loose the few pounds !

Piled it on at 42/43, was 12 stone for a few years before that, and 10st in my twenties. Was 9 and a half st in my teens but looked skeletal.

Edited to add I'd like to get back to 12st ideally. I'm not sure very slim is great as you get older.

I’m 56, 5ft5 and weigh 10stone 13, down from 16stone 2.

5ft 6 and 11st 13 (I had a baby 5 months ago and realllllly let myself go). Aiming for 10stone

51 years old, very active, weigh 40kg (6 st 4 ish) and 5 foot.

5ft 6, currently 11st 9lb, starting weight was 13st 1lb. I’m aiming for just under 11 stone. I’m 50 and definitely menopausal.

Even at my heaviest I didn’t meet the criteria for weight loss injections so I decided to try intermittent fasting and the gym as a last ditch attempt and it seems to be working thankfully.

I’m 60, 5ft 9 and 9 stone 7lbs.
Ive been roughly this weight, except for being pregnant, all my life.
I do need to exercise a fair bit now though or else my weight just sits on my stomach, hips and thighs.

5ft5 and 9.5 stones. I'm 60 this year and I've been this weight for 10 years after losing 5 stones.

56 years old - 14 stone 6 lbs - size 18 - big bones ! Size 9 feet!

I’m 46, 5ft 6, 11 stone 10 ( have lost 3 stone on mounjaro , taken me 6 months though ) would like to lose another half stone from my belly if I can choose where it goes from 🤣

50 years old, 5ft4 and 9 stone )sometimes a couple of pounds under). Was 9st8 last year. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting since June last year. Was 8st10 at the beginning of September. Would like to be 8st7, but I love food and am eating too much during my window at the moment
