How old are you and what do you weigh please

Not being nosey just generally interested, I will go first I’m 68 and weigh 12.8 I’m old school I don’t do kg, and I’m 5ft 7. Love to be around 11,5 my aim for the summer.

52, 5'5 and 9st 8 (aiming for 9st).
I was 17st two years ago though.

Same height as you, OP, age 49 and 12st 3lbs. I was 13st 4lbs on 1st March though. Hoping to break into the 160s in lbs and 11s in stone soon. My target is 11 stone 0lbs then I'll see how I feel I need to lose more.

5ft 9, 45 and I’m 12.2 stone. Size 12 on top and 14 on bottom.

I was my lightest in my early 30s at 11.5 and the heaviest in my late 30s at 13 stone.

I’m 53 and 5ft 11. I currently weigh 10st 1. Heaviest was pre covid when I was 12st 7lb. New Year’s Eve just gone I was 12st. Maintaining now.

I'm around 5'5 and around ten stone

I'd rather be 9 stone 7 but what the heck I like food too much

What a depressing thread, weight doesn't really mean anything, everyone holds their weight differently, for example I have really big boobs, I weigh quite a bit but my clothes size isn't huge and I get a lot of compliments, according to everyone else's weight I sound like a fat heffer about to give birth.

I'm 51 and exactly 10stone at 5'3. Fattest I've been in years.
Need to get rid of at least half a stone.

I'm 57 and currently 9st - 9st 2 at 5ft 4. My adult weight without pregnancy has ranged from 7 and a half stone when leaving school to 10st 8 (which puts me in a size 14 in trousers due to where I hold my weight).

I’m 5’8 and 165lb (11st 7lbs) - down 30lbs from same time last year! With good old calorie counting and exercise. Been a long slog and still 10lbs to go but I find it easy now.

Age 34, height 5ft 11, 8 stone 3lb. Trying to put on weight after a big loss due to IBD. I’m half a stone up so far!
