well im not slim, ive just had a baby, but with my last baby i lost 2 stone after i had her (2 stone over 4-5 mths), so im doing what i did last time in the hope it works again.
here goes -
basically i tend to eat same things every day. i have certain foods that i really like, and i just eat them all the time!
breakfast - 2 slices toast and marg, v low fat yoghurt and tea (no milk, i cut that out of all cups of tea)
lunch - more toast, 2 slices sometimes with cheese, or ham and low fat mayo. no butter or marg. apple or low fat yoghurt, cup of tea
tea - i make the same for all of us, i couldnt be bothered making seperate, so i have to make things that we all like, and not low fat for dd.
ie lasagne and salad, chicken and baby pots, broccoli, basically anything. pasta and sauce.
but mostly for tea we have a big pot of home-made soup and a pile of crusty bread (dd and dh's favourite) they have butter and i dont.

and i have a g&t every night (slimline tonic)
if i am hungry in between i have a packet of quavers or another piece of toast! and another cup of tea
if i go out to eat i only have 1 course,
