Hi sorry if a thread has already been created but I am on a weight loss journey and need to lose over 100lbs so any support would be great!
Will come back everyday with calories eaten and any exercises I’ve done. Need to be held accountable’ 🥰

2lbs this week. So I have finally lost my first stone 🥳 now to keep on going!

Overall goal is to reach 10st.

Next mini-goal is to move out of the 11s.

20lbs to lose- 21 weeks until Christmas. Let's do this 💪

1lb lost since my last weigh in at beginning of month!
it may have been more as I overate a lot and decided to not weigh myself! 😞
this month I want to do a lot better and focus on eating less and moving my body more.
i go on holiday tomorrow but will weigh when im back! Going to stick to it as much as i can but still enjoy myself 🥰

Wednesday weigh in - only lost 1/4 of a lb this week, but glad I didn't gain!

11st 5.75lbs today.

Lots of socialising and a holiday coming up but going to try my hardest to make sensible choices.

Wednesday weigh in and pretty much stayed the same this week. 11st 5.5lbs.

I'm off on holiday today so will be facing the scales again next Thursday 🙈

reckon I need to lose another half a stone / stone , dress still stuck on my thighs and butt , so need to pull my finger out and crack back on

Well done @Cazs818😊 you're doing so well despite life's hurdles. I'm so invested in your wedding now 🤣 I'm sure the dress will fit and you'll look amazing!

I got back from my holiday on Wednesday evening and nearly fainted when I stepped on the scales the next morning 😱 All my own fault because, Ive been completely off the rails for a week, but still annoying!

Luckily it seems like a lot of it was water weight as I've weighed in again today and it's mostly dropped back off 🙏

I am going to officially weigh in again next Wednesday. I imagine it will still be a bit of a gain, but I'm 100% back on it, so hopefully I can continue where I left off and eventually reach my target.

@Indierocknroller last holiday was such a challenge while every one was tucking in to all you can eat buffets I was sat there with my water and huel shake , belly was constantly growing despite it not at home 🤪 think it was the smells making me feel more hungry

this one on Monday should be easier 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’ve eaten everything in site since back from mine so dreading the scales but I’m back on it tomorrow and my Fiance is wanting to do it aswell so hopefully we can make the changes xx

@curvynearly30 always helps when your partner is on the same page 😊 , mine is definitely not he’s on a see food eat food diet same as my kiddies

even if I go 200 calories over 1400 I end up gaining , I’ve gotta be so strict and weight & track everything

@Cazs818 my partner was on that same diet for a long time 😂 plus he never bloody gains weight. Up until recently and he’s not liking it…
im the same if it eat a little over my calories im gaining 😞

I'm in a household of 3 boys who are constantly stuffing their faces!

My husband says he wants to lose weight, but then gets arsey if I mention anything about what he's eating or suggest doing things together.

I've come to the realisation that I just have to do my own thing.

Wednesday weigh in - so unsurprisingly a bit of a holiday gain. However, nowhere near as bad as it was when I got home! (The scales said I'd put on 8lbs!!! 😱🙈)
Luckily it seemed mostly to be water weight and today I am just over a 1lb up.

Not ideal, but that's life and I now recognise that the key to long-term success is to be able to have holidays and celebrations etc but not make that my everyday way of eating. As long as I get back on the straight and narrow then it's okay to have ups and downs.

The pattern for the majority of my life has been......Restrictive diet - Lose weight - Fall off the Wagon - Gain it all back (and more!)-Restrictive diet.

I am determined to change that, so I'm not beating myself up for enjoying my food on holiday, but now I am back, I am focussing on being healthy again.
Anyway long story short. 1.25lbs on this week.

Hoping for a loss next week.

we’re are going out for a meal today and I’ve been looking at the menu to what is low in calories but something I like! And actually found something that can be within my calories!

I’m seeing a change in my attitude towards food which is brilliant. I would usually eat whatever I wanted today because “I can’t count my calories” but not this time xx
