Daily weigh in thread

I'm doing daily weigh ins, I find it more motivating. It might not be for everyone but if anyone would like to join in with posting every day your weight and loss, and how the day has gone - to stay in focus. Good luck!

@SkinnyChaiLattePlease thank you! Funny enough I'm also 5'1"
@2kidsintow I have the dreaded fatty liver as well! That's a big part of my reason for losing weight too. You're inspiring me with how well you've done!

SpongeBlobSquareFace · 09/01/2024 07:08

57.3kg this freezing morning. No snow but by heck its cold.

SkinnyChaiLattePlease · 09/01/2024 07:21

Welcome @2kidsintow - enjoy your dinner! X

@spackleplumb always nice to meet a fellow shorty!

60.7kg. Going in the right direction and I feel bloated - although I came on yesterday and then it’s gone again?!!!

Cinai · 09/01/2024 09:10

SW: 87kg
CW: 85kg
GW: 78kg

still lingering around the 85kg mark, it’s a slow process. I’m going with the idea to never be hungry and just eat healthy and exercise more, so probably I can’t expect quick results. Will see if I need to reevaluate and count/lower my calorie intake.

Wafflefudge · 09/01/2024 16:56

SW: 58.4kg
CW: 56.8kg

After initial quickish loss on day one and two I've bobbed up and down to land on not much different to day 3.

Eating well and exercising. Difficult to strike the balance with wanting to see results but not wanting to lose muscle. But happy that I'm being healthy with lots of veg.

TheShellBeach · 09/01/2024 18:04

What's your goal weight@Wafflefudge ?

You're only 8st 9lb.

Wafflefudge · 09/01/2024 18:26

@TheShellBeach it's 8 stone 13.
Um before Christmas I was 54.5kg which is 8 stone 8 and that was better as I fit in more of my clothes. About 52kg is my preference I think. I'm only short.

FlabMonsterIsDietingAgain · 09/01/2024 18:53

Day 1 - 01/01/2024 - 225 lb
Day 2 - 02/01/2024 - 225 lb
Day 3 - 03/01/2024 - 223 lb
Day 4 - 04/01/2024 - 222 lb
Day 5 - 5/01/2024 - 221 lb
Day 6 - 06/01/2024 - 221 lb
Day 7 - 07/01/2024 - 220 lb
Day 8 - 08/012024 - 220 lb
Day 9 - 09/01/2024 - 219 lb

TheShellBeach · 09/01/2024 19:26

Well done @FlabMonsterIsDietingAgain

I'm 252lb today.
That's a gain of 2 lb.

TheShellBeach · 09/01/2024 19:30

So you want to lose another stone, @Wafflefudge ? To get to 8st?

Most of the women on this thread are very overweight.
Most of us are aiming for a goal of about 10st - 11st.

SkinnyChaiLattePlease · 09/01/2024 20:24

@Wafflefudge similar sort of targets to me, I’ll never be what I was a few years ago, but I would like my clothes to fit!!

Menora · 09/01/2024 21:48

I am really on track with food which is good. Not getting too hungry, feeling full when I do eat, having good portions - this is the easiest I’ve had it since I was on ozempic 6 months ago! (Stopped way back when)

Weighed myself in the morning today was up 0.4kg however I weighed myself tonight I was back down to my original lowest weight so far of 78.7kg 😂 so I am having reverse weights of bigger in the morning and less in the evening.

My adult DD’s are very short - they are both only 5ft tall and being 58kg or over 9st 2lb would make them overweight. Height is important. 52kg ideal weight for a short lady is within range. My range is 8st to 11st thereabouts and 11st would be right at the top end

SkinnyChaiLattePlease · 09/01/2024 22:52

@Menora well done on your reverse weigh in 🤣 interested to see if it progresses!

You’re right about height, and I think the shorter you get the more it shows. I can honestly tell the difference between 2lbs! We’re not trying to do a stealth boast or being delusional - it’s just a fast when you’re on the short size!

EatingTillIDie · 09/01/2024 23:45

Feeling a bit queasy today but dragged myself on to report a 1lb gain ;)
Ate a whole pack of crispy m&ms yesterday not sure what happened, but it happens. Less often lately, which is good.

Menora · 10/01/2024 07:16

Ok all the exercise and calorie counting is paying off - 78.4kg (12st4) today which is 4lbs in a month and not too bad for me!

SkinnyChaiLattePlease · 10/01/2024 07:19

Oh no @EatingTillIDie i hope you feel better soon x

Amazing @Menora - well done! Must feel motivating!

Stayed the same today - 60.7kg - but my hormones/period are being a bit weird so trying not to get too grumpy.

FlabMonsterIsDietingAgain · 10/01/2024 08:28

Weighing in at the same today well 0.3 lbs less but I'm rounding to whole numbers for simplicity sake

Day 1 - 01/01/2024 - 225 lb
Day 2 - 02/01/2024 - 225 lb
Day 3 - 03/01/2024 - 223 lb
Day 4 - 04/01/2024 - 222 lb
Day 5 - 5/01/2024 - 221 lb
Day 6 - 06/01/2024 - 221 lb
Day 7 - 07/01/2024 - 220 lb
Day 8 - 08/012024 - 220 lb
Day 9 - 09/01/2024 - 219 lb
Day 10 - 10/01/2024 - 219 lb

MikeRafone · 10/01/2024 09:44

SW 164
TW 152.6 + hopefully tomorrow will be a minus
GW 147

Cinai · 10/01/2024 10:21

84.8kg today, finally dropping below 85kg again 🙌

SW: 87kg
GW: 78 kg
Moving slowly towards a more healthy life. I’ll still be a bit overweight at 78kg, but I’ve decided that reaching this weight and managing to stay there will be a good goal for this year.

Chestnutsroastgreen · 10/01/2024 11:11

90.6kg today

SW: 90.9kg
1st RW: 84kg

my initial goal is to get out of the obese range, so a 1st 1lb loss needed for that or 7kg. not quite managing my 7,000 step goal yet, but my fatigue situation means that some days 3,000 is a real challenge.

Sleeplessinseattle234 · 10/01/2024 12:32

@TheShellBeach what was ur last comment aimed at? If it was the fact she doesn’t have as much to loose that isn’t fair. There was no requirement in terms of how much we had to be loosing on the title of this thread. Surely weight loss is weight loss. And I’m here to help support anyone doing this.

@Wafflefudge keep going. I’m so jealous. I still have two stone left to go. But I will get there!!!

Pushkinini · 10/01/2024 18:28

8/1 - 13 stone 12.4lb - SW
9/1 - 13 stone 11.5lbs
10/1 -13 stone 11.3lbs

I've been really good and have stuck to between 1200 and 1400 calories a day with lots of water. Am doing 15:9 as I can't quite get to 16:8. I'm also on Wegovy so I'm hoping it gives me the extra bit of help to stick to it this time. I hate being fat!

EatingTillIDie · 10/01/2024 20:56

Stayed the same today! I was good today, no snacking. I'm sure I'm eating a lot less than usual but maybe I'm cheating and not realising. Probably need a food diary... zzz
