I'm doing daily weigh ins, I find it more motivating. It might not be for everyone but if anyone would like to join in with posting every day your weight and loss, and how the day has gone - to stay in focus. Good luck!

Sticking at 215 lb for 3 days so expecting that to drop into 214 tomorrow, I'm sticking to my calorie count every day starting to see the trends in my graph and I know that period is due in the next few days so that usually means a bit of a drop once it actually starts.

Hi everyone, I'm starting today. Forgot to weigh first thing so just stripped off so that I could weigh myself and get a starting point. I've not eaten yet today.

Starting weight.
12st 3lbs (77.56 kgs)

Bloody hell that's a lot as I'm only 5'4 tall. I guess I'm in the right place to tackle the lard.

@bubbletubble Would it help you feel any better if I tell you mines a teenager and I still consider my size to be "residual baby weight"? Confused
I'm aware it's no longer baby weight but it is in my head!

@EatingTillIDie can you just choose a day to focus on a reset, when you feel better? Also perhaps think about ways you can distract yourself with something else from wanting to cheat, I know feeling unwell is rubbish. Don’t give up x

it’s a good weight loss this month so far - 5lbs
I am now 12st 2 and haven’t been this size for years!
I might stop at 11st and not try for 10st 10 but I will see how I feel nearer. Can really see the last areas of excess fat now on stomach and bum.

It is so frustrating to look back over a whole month and see no change overall. A friend said I need to take measurements as I might be losing inches if not lbs.

I am hard on myself because although I know its OK to give yourself a break when you're ill I know how devious my mind can be and use any old excuse. I will make a meal plan ready for Monday and have a fresh start 💪
