I was doing slimming world until last night. I was doing it since June and haven't lost a single pound since Aug.

I think it's time for change. I am starting WW on Tuesday. Any body else up for joining me.

Is there room for me? Started on Monday so have only had the first big weigh in so far and I was shocked. Ideally have about 6 stone to lose but am going for the 10%, which is bad enough!

Well yesterday went well stuck to it at least! and am doing ok today I havent weighted my yet as my scales need new batteries so am going to use the weighting scales at tescos so I have a weekly print out!

my 10% is 2 stone 3lbs so thats the first goal hope to be there by my birthday 10th Feb really hope to lose a stone by xmas

so how are you all doing? think I need a bit of encouragement for the next few weeks, missed a week went today and stayed the same, not good to reach goal, but have also been limited with exercise due to dodgy knee

I've had a really good couple of weeks, have lost 9lb so far, which isn't bad for a start but only the very teeny tip of the iceberg. I'm not having trouble sticking to it, just with eating healthy things rather than my beloved buttered toast but then I think if it helps me to stick to my points then toast it is (I do have other things!).

hi all have not really seen the new plan as last time I went I could not stay for the meeting and I missed it again this week due to logistics as usual.
am hoping I will go to 2 more meetings before Christmas I have 5lbs to loose to reach my first 10% goal which is actually the bottom range of my healthy weight

but have not been running for nearly 2 weeks due to injury, seems better now but it shows the lack of the usual 3-4 runs a week and I seem to have plateaued
