I was doing slimming world until last night. I was doing it since June and haven't lost a single pound since Aug.

I think it's time for change. I am starting WW on Tuesday. Any body else up for joining me.

I've got a tesco delivery due today. Ordered plenty of different low point foods so have no excuse not to be good

Yingers and short that is fantastic... I have been doing core agin this week and th9ink i am on target for a good loss.. altho not as good as yours... i find the knowing when i am satisfied thing quite hard.

How are you finding core in comparison to Points.

I have been finding it quite easy this week. Have been having hunger pangs but then have a tea, coffee or diet soft drink.

In a little japanese shop here in Brighton they do a red and green thai paste and thats free as there is nothing added except for the chilles and spices. I have been living on that this week with brown rice.

hello ladies, i am back from my jaunt to ibiza with my bast mate. missed my dd liek crazy though! funny how when you are with them you cant wait to get away, then cany wait to get back!!

turns out i am not a clubbing kind of person after all!

it is my birthday today and had to get up early for the homeward flight and forgot it was today!!

forgot my own birthday and i am only 28

anyway, i had a goo time food wise, loads of salad. did have a pudding every evening but not loads of chocolate ike here.

i have been having a few problems in the toilet department. it started before i went on hol and hadnt changed my diet at all so dont know what was causing the blockage. just hoping now i am home things will return to normal. i had to take senacot a couple of times but they didnt seem to do anything for me.

heres hoping i can sort it out soon!

Yingers... I just try to make good choices when I am out, things like dressing... sauces etc. Plus my leader said the most important thing is to assess whether you actually have to eat the whole plate.

i have been and put on 1 pound. i am not surprised and dont think thats bad at all. i didnt have my tea before i went though so it would have been more of a gain if i had.

lizandlulu - that is great considering you have been on hols.

I lost half a pound... was a little disapointed but at least it was the rigth way.

back to points this week...

Setting myslef a target of losing 8 lbs before my holiday at the beginning of august will make me 10 stone exactly - 6 weeks so hopefully achieivable.

lizandlulu that is excellent considering you were on holiday.

Mixed you had a big loss last week (your highest so far) so thats probably why it was only a half a a pound this week. You are doing well.

That is true... will take solace in that. Plus sometimes I think it is good to only lose a little or even gain a pound as it sort of refocuses you.

How do you think you might do tomorrow?

How do you guys stop yourselves from weighing yourselves during the week... I am actually thinking of getting rid of mine as all i do everytime i go into the bathroom is weigh myself.

i work in a scrap yard and so the scales are always there. they are in kilos so not very sensitive but i am always standing/sitting/walking on them.

Mixed - will def take your leader's advice on board. And good luck with your target, I think you can definitely make it!

I too cannot resist going on the scales every day or so! Which is why I am always surprised at what they say at ww. I sometimes think my own scales are randomly guessing at my weight! Perhaps they are trying to teach me a lesson for using them so much!
