Had a half good half bad day today. I didnt go over points allowance though!

Had low cal jam on toast for brekkie, a Toffee Apple WW yoghurt for lunch (REALLy wasnt hungry but yoghurt was delicious) and a pear.

Dinner was takeaway pizza for all of us. Was shocked - DS actually ate quite a lot and he's really fussy

Anyway, it took me up to my points limit but not over, so okay.

Just re-adjusted my weight entries to incorporate the inaccuracies of my old scales and took the points level quiz. I've dropped a point a day now!!! (I'm not sure if I should be excited or disappointed )

thanks mammyjo for your kind offer... but i am pleased to say i hvae found it in asda...
so i have no excuses now... and i used to buy a yoghurt and mint dressing from asda.. from the chilled section, but they stopped it, but found one today with the tinned stuff, so i am hoping it tastes as good...

it's good to hear you've found it today, chocolate.
Today: B - poridge with semi, honey and prunes
L - 2 small grilled sausages, mushrooms and 2 poched eggs with tea with milk, no sugar and 1 toast with little butter on.
D - roast pork with roast pots, half of yourkshire pud, steamed carrots, little gauda chese with crackers and half a pear, tea with 1 sugar and more crackers
Will have another tea with 1 sugar and pomegranat, possibly some crackers.

Well. To my utter shock I have remained the same I am starting a new today. Meant to last week but didn't So today is the brand new start of my brand new diet 3 meals a day, water(if I can remember) and some fruit.

Good luck with the weigh ins ladies, sure you'll all do much better than me

I am also completely shocked. Have lost 3lbs this week! However the next week is going to be really really hard - have fallen into a new stone bracket so one less point and have started to wean ds2 so 5 points less - 6 whole points less that's 2 less crunchies a day! the diet starts here

Choc, glad you found the mix you wanted. What make is it? I am intrigued now and might try it myself as I love falafels, but have only ever had the fresh ones!

Well, I've lost another 1.5lbs!!! Am utterly shocked. Well, I think that's what i've lost - am readjusting my weight on ww to show the inaccuracy on my start weight. I've now dropped a point a day too. 23 points now.

Well done everyone - thats lots of brilliant weight losses! Congrats.

I have made lots of pointless soup and been eating almost nothing else! Delicious and just veggies, so hopefully point free.

Still hungry though. Could happily eat my way through some chocolate.

I can't help but snigger at "pointless soup". Sounds really depressing and unnecessary

We are missing some folk again.......

I should also confess to accidentally deciding to eat a jam donut .

Hi, I had grapes before school run, then as I was making vegie soup, i was munching on cabbage and yellow pepper and now I have brasil nuts on my desk . I ment to have 6 nuts but almost polished the whole 100 g bag. I'll have soup for lunch and baked potato with baked beans and little grated cheese for dinner. I'm trying to cut down on sugars which means less cups of tea and coffee aiming to have no more then 5 spoons of sugar a day (sounds a lot but it's less then 1 small chocolate bar, I think).

I know that the first week is always miles better than the rest in terms of weight loss, so I hope I can keep the motivation high when the numbers lost each week shrink....

Its not my proper weigh in until tomorrow, but I weighed myself today and....

I PUT ON TWO POUNDS.

I'm not going to add it to the list until tomorrow (because obviously its going to change, yeah right) but its pretty depressing.

Things going better diet-wise today. I'm not at work which helps

I've had half a pack of frazzles (okay, that's not great but a pack is only 2.5 points and half a pack is 1 point - ds had the other half) and it was a rush job getting DD to a hospital appointment.

For lunch I had sticks of carrot, celery, and yellow pepper, plus some cherry tomatoes (all zero) with some low fat houmous - 2 points in total. I've also had a cereal bar for 1 point.

I've drunk lots of water today too. Walking activities will resume today too now that DD is back at school!

Moodlemum - the diet costs just under £6 a day - about £1.90 for each meal. Which I think is pretty cheap, although you only pay weekly so is a bit of a chunky number to shell out in one go (DH and I are both doing it so we are paying close to £100 a week) but it saves a fortune because I can now do the weekly shop in a single basket (bottles of diet coke notwithstanding)!

Yeah!!!!! I've lost 2 stone in total I can't believe it, I'm so happy. only got 22 more pounds to go until my original target.
