Hi all, thought I would create a designated space outside of the newbie zone for those of us who are in it for the long haul and are a few doses, stone, months down the road.

GP just upped my dose to 1.5. I think I will do 1.25 for at least 2 weeks. She wants me to lose more weight and the weightloss seems to have stalled this past month.

Any Aussies here with a PBS script, you can get two pens to go over the 1mg that is the apparent upper limit. One pharmacist said nope, don't think so but another pharmacist was happy to fill at the PBS price. I was going to pay the $130 if I had to but am v glad I didn't have to.

My pen just arrived and they have sent me two 1mg pens instead of just one. I went back and checked the order and my account in case they double charged me but I only ordered and paid for one. I'm very happy about this especially with the shortages.

The order from Planet Pharmacy arrived today. I paid more than usual at £200 each but they were very good when I contacted them in the week to enquire. They expedited my delivery for me.

They do a maintenance pack with 2 x 1mg pens.

Doesn’t help with stock but I clicked through to cancel with Manual and they reduced the price to £179 a month from £199.

Do you think that where you inject impacts on efficacy? I injected in my thigh this time and the food chatter and need to binge are unbearable today

I’m not sure, but I had horrific side effects when I injected in my tummy so swopped to my thigh and it’s all abated - so I’m possibly the opposite way round!

Logically surely the injection site cannot make such a difference but I've seen enough anecdata that some people are finding a difference. I inject in my thigh and am not game to try my stomach as the side effects are already bad enough!

Im 50lbs down today! I wore a dress two sizes smaller and my figure looked hourglass in the mirror rather than apple for the first time in years. I have a waist again 😭 I'm at the halfway mark now. Ozempic has truly been life changing for me
