Not sure if there's one of these around! But I'm going to weigh myself in the morning and have an amazing week and then weigh in every Saturday morning! Anyone fancy joining?
I've gained about a stone over the holidays but I'll know for sure in the morning 😬
I need something to work towards or else I get lost 🙈

I weighing in this morning at 10 stone 13 and 3/4.
This is way out fo my weight bracket! I would like to get to 10 stone 3ish.
A little less would be great but not sure how sustainable it is for my lifestyle right now to get under that amount!

I'll join! I'm 10st 6/7 I think. Period due any time now and I'm taking what the scales say with a pinch of salt. I'll weigh on Saturday and report bank.

I ate pizza and chips today and it was totally unplanned and messed up my usual eating pattern. I was 66.3kg this morning. I think that is 10st 6lb.

May I join?
I don't want to say my weight because I'm a good deal heavier than all of you, but I'm working on it.

Saturday is my weigh day, and I lost 4lb this week.

Next week won't be as good, unfortunately as I'm out 3 times which not only means less healthy food, but also I'm going to miss exercise classes. Determined to keep on with this path though, even if next week will be a blip

Weighed 11st3 this morning. This is still a healthy weight for my height but I’m carrying too much on my belly. It’s wine calories mostly I think, but I haven’t drunk any alcohol for a week and went for a run this morning. My highest weight was 11st 11 in May. I’d love to get to 10 and a half stone.

Count me in, I weighed 63kgs yesterday. Pre covid I weighed 57kgs. That 1 stone gain is stubborn and combine that with peri menopause symptoms is becoming more and more difficult to shift.

I really need to try and do something about my weight but I keep failing. Maybe a thread like this will help to keep motivated.

I did actually weigh myself yesterday and I was 11st 9 which is the heaviest that I have ever been.

I've had 3 days of being off the wagon but I'm back on it today. 66.3kg. I walked half my normal amount last week and ate too much salt.

Hi everyone! I've completely fallen off the dieting wagon recently as I've been unwell and also had so many social occasions! I know I've pulled the pounds on 😳 BUT tomorrow is a new day ☺️ I'll update my weight tomorrow and weigh in on Saturday as I need to be accountable!
Gonna give calorie counting another bash ☺️

I've not had the best week. I've lost a pound but I'm meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow and I promised my son a McDonald's today as well so I know I'll be back up come Monday!
Ahhhh! Tbf it's been a really tough week with colds so without making excuses I don't want to be too hard on myself 😳
Next week WILL be the week!!!!

I'm having a strange week this week. Over the weekend my hot water bottle exploded and I suffered a 3rd degree burn on my face!! Very stressful. I then came on my period. So it's fair to say I might be starting fresh again next week 🙈
I might start posting my daily meal plans to keep me on track!

So weighed in at 12.13 which is at least 2 stones above where I need to.be but I'm consoling myself with the thinking that the only way is down. Now to.get focused and shift a couple of pounds before next Saturday 🤞

I've been ill with covid since last Saturday and am just eating whatever I fancy. I've not been weighing but as I'm eating rubbish and doing no exercise I doubt there's been any change. Hopefully that means once I'm back to normal the weight should start shifting again.
