Ok. Weighed myself. 176lb. Which is 12 stone 5. I’m not happy with this.
I also currently have a bloat belly. And feel flabby and fat. Had my last glass of wine for a while (drinks have crept back in again - not silly amounts but the odd wine here a beer there etc).
and am stopping snacking.

my diet goes haywire when I’m due on period and also on period. Which hasn’t helped when I’ve been on period for 3/4 weeks a month at the moment. Ffs.
am drinking more water.
