I feel the same mrs I went into full on holiday mode for 4 days and I’m now in a calorie and wine haze 😅 only 4 weeks til Greece and our honeymoon, need to get on it so I feel my best.
My birthday is in a couple of weeks too just before we go so need to make sure I don’t go too mad.

Had a couple more good days but work do tonight for someone leaving, hope to keep it to a minimum! Madly busy day before it, have my masters essay due in at 12 and it’s only half done 😂 then meetings all afternoon. If only my students knew haha!
Need to start going to bed earlier, I’m waking up wrecked and feeling hungover even when I haven’t had any alcohol but it’s just exhaustion. No workouts in days.

Dh farted in his sleep and it was so bad l had to leave the bedroom at 5 am & go on Dd2 bed TMI sorry but l couldn't get back to sleep then Hmm

Food is not too bad but not that good , l just can't seem to get back to the groove. Still keep on trying Smile

l have been really busy today, gone to Costco & to Dd2's house to help her with the garden and the window cleaning, so not eaten anything yet , we are going to have pizza so l feel quite ok about it because l haven't had anything yet , just hope this doesn't lead on to more scoffs , we shall have to see Hmm

I slept really badly so have eaten far too much today - way over cals already and starting to get hungry for dinner. No booze tho and will have an early night.
mrs I have a craving for pizza too but too lazy to go and get any 😂 so having Spag bol with courgetti instead.

Hola. Back from away. Much was ate & drank, tonnes of steps. Post holiday weigh in showing a 10lb gain, no doubt part of that is travel bloat. I'll do daily weigh ins to see what the truer number is, I'd imagine I'll know mid week what I'm dealing with. Trying hard not to spiral into abject panic after seeing such a high number. Very tired & swamped in piles of washing & need a full food shop & having EP over tonight. Back to work tomorrow so will be back in routine. Ordered a new diet book to arrive today😬

It's a book by a online fitness trainer called Jordan Syatt, it's called "Eat IT!" I'll report back when it comes. If you haven't come across him, He's a good guy, and I've benefited greatly from his content the last few years, decided to support him in a small way in the hope it'll help me too.
No you couldn't have gained 3 real pounds, don't sweat it, it'll be gone in a day or 2. I definitely gained a good 7lb, I've done the maths. Yes I did eat that much 😂 I'm choosing to believe the extra 3 is airplane bloat and it'll be gone by Wednesday. The 3 that is, the 7 have come for their summer hols...

Gen it won't be 3 lbs don't worry it will settle 🤗
Resisted biscuits thus morning that DH bought me with a cuppa bless him . Crustless quiche Lorraine and salad tonight with new potatoes 🤗

Yeah mega bloat. Feel incredibly puffy. Baby steps, got a good walk in, ok food, not too much wine (only having it as EP is here and being sociable) Absolutely exhausted, but have to stay up at least another hour

Back to Friday weight. Have work event tomorrow (garden party!) but have decided not to drink to see if I can get into the next kilo bracket by Weds. 200g to lose to get there. Body pump today and cycling to work which is also frugal as bus is £7!

That's great the 3lbs gone gen, good for you on deciding to do AF at the garden party. First day without wine in a couple of weeks here. Very busy, scales down 1.2 today, so 8.8 to go or 10.8 to get back to my lowest this year. Kitchen closed at 1500 cals and just over 8,000 steps. It'll do, it'll have to!

1200 ish calories yesterday, got 16000 steps and braved the asod this morning and 133.8
not too bad a start point. I dressed for pump yesterday but didn’t do it as tired after work and a massive cut down on caffeine headache. I just need to jfi pump But can’t face the aches

The gain is now at 7lb, I should have followed the advice of not weighing for 2-3 days after flying & I'd have tormented myself a bit less! I think I'll leave off weighing until Friday, keep my focus on getting/staying on track.
I had plans to take an early walk but slept until 6.15 which was so nice. I'm still a bit tired after 2 weeks of very little & poor sleep. I'll get a walk later, maybe even a gentle weights session to start me back
