Aww congrats on the dress gen, love a pre-loved dress. Mines bundled in a dress bag, but I bloody loved it, great memories, coming up on too many years to remember. You'll do fine with it fitting, you're in the zone - this will keep you there😊

Early morning walk has nearly 10,000 steps in the bag, school run then home for breakfast & work. 5 sleeps to hols, doubtful I'll lose a stone by then😂 Oh well, never mind, I could have gained a stone in the 6 weeks so dropping most of the holiday gain is a win. Should be well enough behaved this week, have a upper back twinge that I'm hoping doesn't progress to anything worse. Typical pre-hols muscle pull

Great steps not! Exciting about hols too, it’s so soon now.
My Apple Watch challenge this month was to walk or run 300km, I’m not going to get near it sadly.
I have a body pump class and spin planned this morning, then a day of marking and admin as no contact hours today.
Have to reschedule some classes so we can be with MIL tomorrow for her first MacMillan visit.
Going to weigh tomorrow after a day of absolutely no booze today (wedding shop gave me Prosecco and then we tasted the red wine for wedding party yesterday!)

I did body pump 50 min and spin 30, 11,000 steps. Hoping cals come in around 1400. Need to claw back after weekend excess.
Going to watch Derry girls with dinner!

Got up at 530 and did body pump 40 mins, walked last 25 mins into work 5000 steps.
MILs today will be very sedentary, leaving work at 12 after my lesson this morning and driving straight there. Bringing trainers so I can have a walk while DH spends a little time with MIL on their own at some stage.
Made a healthy car picnic of whole meal pitta with ham, salad and a box of chopped up veg and hummus.

You sound super organised gen, great planning.
I've decided no weights this week as I have a twinge in my upper back and an ache in my lower, I'm not planning on taking back pain on holiday! It'll be steps alone for my activity. Starting to pull together stuff like wash bag essentials, sun creams, cables & what not. Lots of lovely summer dresses bought, new sandals etc. Looking forward to a bit of glam😉 Pity I'm so pasty, tried gradual tanner on my legs but it's a bloody disaster and now I need it to wear off in the few blotchy bits it took to. I wish pasty were the new tan.

Early morning work & 9,000 in the bag, got around 12,000 yesterday so pretty much on track. Trying to get my head straight on what I have to do for the next 3 days, it's like a military op getting work finished and life admin sorted.

I'm experiencing scales hike. I wish I hadn't bothered checking now, I see a number & I feel so crap. I've spent nearly 6 weeks attempting to shift the holiday gain, and now it's looks like a maintain. So I'm likely to come back with another chunk of weight to add to my collection. I'm done, I can't lose weight, I can only maintain this weight with difficulty. So I may make my peace with it. Life's too short for this shit

My period came 6 days early during a work meeting - came through pants and tights but thankfully not skirt. So annoyed. I then felt crap yesterday so ended up with no workout and crap steps. Food was ok tho. We are at neighbour’s house for dinner and I’m bringing pudding so I don’t have to have any without offending.
I should manage a workout today and steps as feeling a bit better.
MacMillan were amazing but MIL was so horrible to them, I was so embarrassed. They said they’ve seen it all before!

Exercise v bad for a few days, cals around maintenance but up on scales, assume this is partly TOTM.
feeling a bit better today so hoping for good steps and a strength class. We are visiting SIL tomorrow which I am hoping is nice and won’t end in aggro over MIL care.
