would anyone like to join me. I am going to start on Monday.

I am not joining any clubs but will be loosely following WW.

Need to cut out the alcohol, crisps, cheese and chocolate (not totally) .

I would love some company. Will try to log on everyday to keep up with anyone who joins me but I do work full time so please dont be cross if I dont reply quickly!!!

I am really down right now about the way I look and would love to share my joys/lows with others - speak soon x

Oh well done Silk! Weekend for me was complete nightmare. I think I drank about a day and a half's worth of points last night! And boy do I feel it today. Bloody cocktails. Am not holding out much hope for weigh in tomorrow but have been good today despite wanting to eat my weight in fried food to try and staunch the empty stomach hangover feeling! Good luck for tomorrow everyone.

Oh Dear Ags. I'm managing to avoid alcohol realtively well. Having been pg for most of last year I sort of got used to not having it. Generally I would rather eat my points than drink them Did manage 2 glasses of wine last night and felt drunk . If I wasn't so fat I'd say I'd become a lightweight!

Having roast lamb with yummy parsnips tonight, chose them over roast potatoes (not enough pts for both). Thing about roasties is I would eat 5 maybe and then dh never finishes his (doesn't like them much??!!!) and I'd eat his too.

Had a pretty good day today, diet wise. Weighed myself earlier - have lost 2lbs shockingly enough . I cant believe it, I've gone 27 points over this week in total!!!!!

So, I've lost a whole stone now

Well done vvvq a whole stobe, fabulous!

My diet was pretty rubbish at the end of last week, not too bad just really busy trying to decorate the last room in our house so not much time and therefore unhealthy choices. Oh well, this week I will be back on track and eating better.

Morning all and welcome fedda Well done to all those who are continuing to lose pounds!

I have been to ww this morning and have lost another 1.5lbs, which now takes me to 14.5lbs. I am so pleased, a stone is like a massive hurdle isnt it! Still a long way to go, but less of a road than when I started iykwim!

Ladies, Ladies! This is phenomenal. WELL DONE EVERYONE, VVV, Silk, Caykon, Eddas, MammyJo, Perkin. I really think we deserve a huge pat on the back as we are at least 4 weeks in now and still losing terrific amounts. I am so proud!

However, my weigh in is tonight. Really light, positive thoughts please!

Lost half a pound this week. It's been tough counting points as ds is ill and very clingy. Dh is out tonight so it's jacket potato and ww home made chilli left over from last night. Must make sure I weigh it so I can get back on track.

B - coffee shop - tea with smocked salmon sandwich on seeded whole meal bread
L- shop bought 3 beans and lentils soup with fresh coriander followed by tea with jam, grapes, apple and leachey.

i don't remember how to spell it, it's fruit and you can't eat the skin, it's very sweet and may be you spell it lichey. Sorry. Anyway, I'm not fond of it. Dinner - shop bought minestrone soup with fresh broccoli lightly cooked in it.

Well after stuffing my face all weekend I am very pleased that this week I have stayed the same!!! Went for a run (after dark!) last night to try and make up some points but gave up even counting them from Thursday! DH away this week so will have less temptation so hopefully back on track.

So my week has involved -

3 mornings swimming
5 long bike rides
2 exercise classes
keeping to WW 24 points
loads of water

and guess what???

I HAVE PUT ON 2 LBS

so so fed up, and slightly - no, VERY- worried as to what's the matter with me

Oh no UC. Poor you. Is there a chance you are doing too much exercise? Could you try a week with a little less exercise and see what happens to your weight? If you are really toning up you could be putting on muscle and not losing fat? Just an idea. Water rentention? I'm sure if you keep up your brilliant work next week then you will suddenly see a big drop.
