3 stone to lose - would like some company....

would anyone like to join me. I am going to start on Monday.

I am not joining any clubs but will be loosely following WW.

Need to cut out the alcohol, crisps, cheese and chocolate (not totally) .

I would love some company. Will try to log on everyday to keep up with anyone who joins me but I do work full time so please dont be cross if I dont reply quickly!!!

I am really down right now about the way I look and would love to share my joys/lows with others - speak soon x

Well done all you thin lovelies on your losses you are doing so well.

Thanks to you all for your kind motivating comments . Am over my disappointment - tho still a bit about the gain - but reckon it could be water retention as moodlum said as i put on jogging trousers today to do some cycling and they are definately baggier. So upwards and onwards ladies!!!!

Ags - 3lbs is great!

I can never think of anything witty either - I get the blank brain thing like when you have to sign a card at work!
How about 'there's not mushroom for the losers'? Not as good as the threads witht he fruit songs in the title.

Fedda - I hope you went to bed without any more snacking!

I definitely need to go to bed earlier. Working and having a 3 month old baby waking at night (for no particular reason) is a bit of a killer. I'm sure I'll use any excuse to dive headfirst of the wagon - so I'm going to eliminate tiredness. I am quite pleased I worked all day and managed to play 2 hrs of badminton last night. Don't want my exercise points to dry up.

Have good thin people's days everybody.

btw did anyone see the "I need to put on weight thread". They listed what they'd eaten that day - I was No wonder skinny people are skinny - they hardly eat anything and feel like they've had lots.

i suppose I'm the longest one to stay up. That explains my stupid snack attacks. It's bad enough to do it but when I know WHAT I'm doing wrong and i'm still doing it, must be double bad. Oh, I'm such a positive thinker. [hm]

UC - sorry about yr gain. It doesn't make any sense. I agree that you shouldn't cut back exercise. Are you eating all your points? Just checking yr not starving yourself. If so then, it's probably unexplainable, hugely demotivating and will correct itself in the next 7 days with a decent loss. You can't possibly have added 2lbs of fat when you are exercising more and eating less - simple really - so it's water retention or something silly like that.

UC keep at it with the exercise - because in the long run, muscle burns fat. And what would you rather be, 10 stone and podgy, or 10 stone 6 lb and lean as a butcher's dog?

Sorry you are so pissed off UC. I would be too. It sounds as if you have been exemplary and as if the tonnes of exercise must be a contributing factor. Another week begins, if you can face being perky about it!?

Yes, you are right, mammyjo lychee is the fruit or berry i was eating, didn't like it though. I suppose it's better then biscuits with tea so I was trying to have sweets without sweets. I'm HUNGRY! I need something. All apples are gone. Nothing to save me. I have eggs but it's probably not the best thing to have at almost 10pm!

Diet pills have always made me feel funny. Its so hard when you have really worked at it, and its gone badly, to keep the momentum going. But you will do it, and what you are doing with the exercise and healthy eating will only be doing you good in the long term. Perhaps drop the exercise classes or the bike rides and see what happens? Just an idea.
