Hi ladies, feeling worse, phoned doctors and earliest I can see them is Monday. WTF. I can see me going in as an emergency in a day or two. Got a burbling in/around my left lung when I have to breath in hard (about every 5 seconds with the coughing). Starting to worry about Bronchitis or something but I am a bit of a hypochondriac so even when I feel s*t I won't do anything about it because I feel that its only me over-reacting. Ive probably only got phlem rattling down my tubes. Bad night last night nd probably me trying to sleep on the sofa tonight as I can't sleep lying down at all. Sorry to dump on you all, can't stand all the luvy dovey I'm getting of DH.

fedda · 23/01/2008 21:30

I've lost all my will power over Christmas. It's npot back, not at all. I need rescue but I know what I'm supposed to do really, I just don't feel like doing it. All I think is about treats and I developed before the whole list of treats without food like hairdresser, massage, shopping therapy and stuff, I can tell everyone what not to do but I don't tell myself, I just pile up those kg i got rid off so successfully. What a stupid so and so I am!

katylessbumpy · 23/01/2008 21:34

discoverlife, that is crap at your doctors.if you get any worse i would take an emergency appointment,it sounds like you need antibiotics

fedda.don't beat yourself up.just start again in the morning.take one day at a time

fedda · 23/01/2008 21:54

Yes, especcially if you visit your relatives and they tempt you (that's what I had yesterday!) Today I was passing Starbaks and i was charmed by the music coming out so I thought I'd have coffee, paied for it and then suddenly I thought of wafles as well, I had to wait for some costomers before paying for them so I had plenty of time to change my mind but NO, I went for it and enjoyed it finding myself giggling! How stupid as that? It's not just stupid, it's double stupid!!!

katylessbumpy · 23/01/2008 22:44

bloody diet wreckers lol .i'm off to bed, hopefully dd will sleep tonight x

Good nught, Katy.

MrsFish · 24/01/2008 06:46

I waged an inner battle with myself yesterday, went to soft play with ds and they had the most delicious looking carrot cake and choc brownies, I very nearly succumbed, stood there for about 5 mins thinking 'go on, you have plenty of time till next weigh in to make up for it' and 'don't do it, you don't really need it, don't spoil all your hard work' I ordered two pieces of toast and a black coffee instead and saved myself 100's of cals

BE STRONG - the sense of achievement I felt afterwards was great

katylessbumpy · 24/01/2008 06:49

well done mrsfish

dd is poorly today hence the unearthly hour i'm on here.she has been sick all over herself, her cot and me.i got up cleaned up and came downstairs.she has fallen asleep over my shoulder so we shall see what today brings
on the plus side the smell has put me off food at the moment .

My two both woke up at 6am [yawn] just waiting for kettle to boil to do Ben's feed. They both have hacking coughs, athough they don't seem ill with it thankfully

mylittlepudding · 24/01/2008 07:07

Oh, Katy.

We've had enough vomiting round here for a lifetime. I hope she is better and you are rested soon.

I am all snuffly now - maybe this means I won't get a cold the minute I start work like I usually do. I think I may have burst an eardrum on the plane yesterday - no sense and no hearing on one side.

I am a zero for this week. MUST TRY HARDER!!! I am matching loads and loads of walking with eating too much sweet stuff. But there's hardly any in the house now and I WILL NOT buy any more.

katylessbumpy · 24/01/2008 07:21

when do you start your new job mylittlepudding?i wouldn't worry about staying the same,at least you haven't gained and you have had a stressful week

currantbunmum · 24/01/2008 08:22

Wow, it's amazing what a nights sleep can do for you, we were both in bed for 8.45 last night, and feel loads better.

Sorry to hear there are a few of you feeling under the weather, especially the tinies, I can cope (sort of) with not feeling at my best, but when either of our DD's are poorly, I find it quite stressful.

Fedda jump back on the wagon, come on, we've slowed down for you, JUMP!

Discoverlife Can you make emergency appointments at the GP? If so I would do that, waiting until next week seems too long if you can feel bubbling in your chest. Put on your most authorititive voice, and a "don't mess me around Mrs Receptionist" attitude and see how far you get.

currantbunmum · 24/01/2008 08:23

Congratulations, Katylessbumpy Libby, is a lovely name.

fedda · 24/01/2008 11:13

Congratulations, Katy and thank you for your wonderful support. Thank you, currantbunmum, I didn't know you could slow it down so I had another Starbaks visit with toffee late and honey roast nuts even though i had poridge with honey and grapes for breakfast. It's all hairdresser fault, they open at 9:30 and I was free at 9 after the school run. Anyway, is it okay to jump in now? I'm ready if it's not too late.
