Evening all. Just done 20 mins on the cross trainer and 20 mins floor exercises with my mate.

B 2oz cornflakes with hot water and one spoon sugar.
L 2 wholemeal bread wth ham and tomato and low fat cheese spread.
S - 2 crumpets and flora light.
T - 1 seeded roll with ham and cottage cheese
didn't get home till 6pm, then boys needed sorting, then mate came round so didn't have time for a proper tea, can't be bothered to eat now so may aswell have a good day to balance the not so good ones. How desperate am I to have a loss this week

fedda · 28/01/2008 21:51

I'm not posting what i had. Everything I wasn't supposed to have.

discoverlife · 29/01/2008 11:58

I phoned my Mum last night and told her about the Broncitis and the possible Asthma. The first words out of her mouth were, Oh thats because your overweight. Grrr. I did point out that babies, marathon runners and Olympic athletes have Asthma, and all she could say was well it makes it worse doesn't it. Double Grrr.

discoverlife · 29/01/2008 12:06

Start of Rant.
Why is it that family members think that because you are overweight that they can make personal comments about your weight whenever they see you. Yet if I turned around and made comments about their alchoholic husband or whether so and so had learnt that money does not buy happiness, or that i think my SEN son is better than their over qualified, emptionally malajusted child, I would be villified. But Im a fair target because im overweight.
If they actually realised that I think they are ill mannered louts who I pity because they have such narrow views of life, I would probably be laughed at.
Rant over.

fedda · 29/01/2008 12:13

Family members make comments about everything. When my brother was slim they called him skinny, now he is a grown man and he is fat because they called him skinny all the time and tried to hide butter in his food and made it sweeter and used a lot of tricks. My mum is never pleased with my hair and when I had it long she was saying i should cut it. Now it's short, she wants it longer. She was constantly saying that i should go to hair dresser and ask for their advice what style I should have and when I went to her approaved hair dresser and did just that she hates my hair style. Best thing is NOT to listen to their comments and decide yourself. By the way, when my DS had nits my mum said that I should clean my house!!!!!!! So, you see, I know what you are going through. I hope you'll feel better soon, discoverylife.

Hi everyone!
Sorry I went awol for a while. I've just been really busy and tired.
Sorry haven't had a chance to catch up on the thread b ut I hope everyones doing ok.

I can do up my size 12 jeans! BUT they are really tight! I think I need to lose about another 4lbs for them to be comfortable.
I still have 2 stones to lose though.

discoverlife · 29/01/2008 12:49

Jahan you can squeeze into size 12 and yet need to lose 2 stone? Are you only 4 foot 6 inches or something?

Jahan · 29/01/2008 13:18

Lol.
I am 5'3" so I really should be 8/10.
My ideal weight should be 9 stones which means that I actually need to lose 3 stones but I'm not going to get hung up about that.
I'm just grateful for any weight loss!

Don't be sorry Katy, I'm really chuffed for you and it means we can all get there if we try, perhaps i should aim higher (or should that be lower )

I weigh in on a friday, i've had a sneaky look on the scales but i'm not telling you lot until it's on the offical scales and a full week.
