Arrrrgggghhhh!, My por poor back. Ive been shifting and smashing BRICKS today. I decided to fill the very large potholes with some bricks that are in a rubble pile in the garden, and have shifted about 150 bricks then had to roughly smash them with a sledge hammer. Ohhh! my back, shoulders and hands. My skin (on my hands) will never recover, lots of mousturiser. But we can now go down the drive without feeling that we are sinking to Australia and there is now a dry path all the way down for carrying the bin bags.
No breakfast as I had a very late lie in.
Lunch was the rest of the smoked haddock chowder.
Dinner is going to be Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice.
I hope the rest of you are rested and ready for a new week.

fedda · 20/01/2008 18:55

I have only one sentence to describe my diet for today, make of it what you will.

Nieces 2nd birthday party, at Brothers house for hour or so, off to soft play for 2 hours, back to brothers to continue celebrations.

Enough said.

"Bless me Katylessbumpy for I have sinned......."

fedda · 20/01/2008 21:03

katylessbumpy, what do you have in the house? Carrots, celery, apples, oranges, grapes, tomatoes - are all guilt free food.

katylessbumpy · 20/01/2008 22:30

sorry i vanished.i made no point soup and ate two huge bowls.my halo is intact
i could do with a piece of cake but only have fruit in the house .

OP posts:
fedda · 20/01/2008 22:40

Fruit is perfect, Katy. What is the recipe for your soup if you don't mind me asking?

katylessbumpy · 20/01/2008 22:51

i just used the veg i had in,a stock cube ,garlic and tomatoe puree.i blend it though so it's like a thick mushy stew ,tonights concoction had,
mushrooms
swede
carrot
leek
onion
garlic
organic dried soup (lentils and pulses)to bulk it up
it was lovely
i count the soup mix in my points though as it's not a free food but worth it .

OP posts:
fedda · 20/01/2008 22:53

Thank you, Katy. It sounds lovely.

katylessbumpy · 20/01/2008 23:01

katylessbumpy · 21/01/2008 13:32

i did the most stupid thing ever today.
i got up early, sorted everybody out, dressed and fed dd,got dc to school and then went to mums and tots for the first time with dd.i parked up the buggy and got dd out,her bum was wet so thought maybe her cup had leaked.i went into mums and tots ,checked her and i hadn't put her nappy on
poor little thing spent her first hour at mums and tots in a tshirt while her pants dried
do i win crap mother of the year?

OP posts:
