Wow!!!!
Katy and everyone else that has lost

I am worn out. DP is on nights. IE. he eats and sleeps here. I had forgotten how much doing some washing up after tea and putting the washing away really does help.
I have broken a jar of baby food and a bottle of wine by accident today and knocked a whole load of things over in the bathroom right next to where DP is trying to sleep and the baby girl screamed from 5:15 til I gave in and put her to bed at quarter to six and why does just getting through the day feel so exhausting??? Aaaargh. If you read all that rant, thank you. I need sleeeeep.

katylessbumpy · 09/01/2008 18:13

mylittlepudding, get on the sofa and watch the tv,feet up,hot chocolate, have a rest even if you don't get some sleep you can chill out a little.

susiecutie,hows your hand?

OP posts:

Thank you for asking, Katy. I'm still not in a shape I'd like to be but I'm having mostly home made meals, soups, apples and grapes for snacks although I do eat biscuits and even home made jam tarts.

WOW Katy that is an amazing loss Can I ask a really personal question? Do you have much to lose, or have you been really strict this week?

katylessbumpy · 09/01/2008 20:36

not much in the grand scheme off things.i'd like to lose 2 stone so would be about 9 stone.i haven't been strict i just had my daily points allowance with weight watchers.no one was more shocked than me

way to go everyone....sounds like we are all heading in the same direction.....and being lapped by that katy woman (never liked her really )......

have lost 2 of my 3 xmas pounds so i am pleased given the consumption of choccie and curry!

did an experiment today ...had a crumpet without any spread, just marmite, it was horrible! still it was worth a try

dh announced this am that he would be COOKING this eve ie going to town so tried to limit myself beforehand...hence the crumpet experiment.....and the pedicure i had....i no longer have hooves but normal feet

anyway
brekkie....2 crumpets and marmite....1 without spread!
lunch 2 toast and marmite and a cappuccino...still not that keen but did the trick at staving off the pangs!
eve..........a slice each of french onion tart and cheese and pickle pie, baked potatoe, braised red cabbage and apple, some pomelo.

platinum holographic pompom shakes to all katybumpers...

no longer putting it off and thinking
we are all actually shrinking
Ra!Ra!Ra! katybumpers!
