Do you go to class ?
How long have you been doing it & how much have you lost ?

I am on my second week (weigh-in tomorrow). I go to a weigh and go class in the city in my lunch hour and have lost 8lbs so far. I miss going to an actual class though so am looking for some support on here.

Hello everyone. Can I join this thread? I have rejoined ww 3 weeks ago and have lost 6lbs so far. I have been doing the no count plan. Has anyone else tried this? I have done points before but fancied a change. It seems to be working for me so far.

I am finding no count really good. Am eating 3 good meals a day and not snacking too much in between (except for the odd lapse!)
I have actually not been hungry very often, which is really good for me!

wozzle1 · 01/02/2005 12:19

Hello .....

Marj good to see your doing well.

I dont hold out much hope of loosing this week.
Even though I have been sticking to the points, I have not done as much exersise this week.

Anyone tryed the 'snack a jack' range? They are really tasty for a low in fat snack. I think I would eat them even when Im down to my target weight, which is a long long time away

sansouci · 01/02/2005 12:28

I love the principle of ww but can never stick to my point allocation (20). I think I should write everything down but always "forget" or "cheat" . I'm losing but very slowly... I wish I could have the english version (I live in Switzerland) but ww won't send it outside of the UK... Any advise or suggestions, apart from "pull yourself together & write down those points!!!"?

marj · 01/02/2005 22:43

Have had a really rubbish day today and have eaten everything in sight, only hope tomorrow will be better. I hate days like this as I go to bed feeling guilty and miserable that I have "broken" my diet.
Do any of you go through this too? I am sure you do, I just feel like the only pig in the world at the moment!

Thanks for that! Today I have been much better and definitely back on track. Like you say its only 1 day in a battle that feels like it goes on forever!!
Dont know whether you like yogurts, but I have just had one of the new lemon cheesecake muller lights. It was gorgeous and I am not the biggest yogurt lover in the world. I have got an apple pie flavour one to try too, hope that is as good. Tasted really sweet and naughty but isnt!

Kayleigh · 02/02/2005 15:06

Mmmm like the sound of the lemon cheesecake yog marj, how many points ?

OP posts:
marj · 02/02/2005 15:11

They are 2 points. A bit more than regular muller lights but definitely worth it!

wozzle1 · 02/02/2005 15:38

Hello to you all...

Ive lost another 2lbs today, very pleased as have not done as much exersise this week.

Marj, that apple pie flavour sounds yummie...let us know what it is like.

Its my Mums 50th birthday tomorrow and for a treat we are going to pizza hut and then the cinema together on Friday night. My mum is also on a healthy eating plan too as she has a very bad gall bladder.
Im going to have what I want, but in moderation. Before I would just eat for the sake of eating.
I think a little of something you like now and again isnt going to do much harm.

marj · 02/02/2005 15:52

Well done on your 2lb loss - brilliant!
Enjoy your pizza and the cinema. I am the same, would eat until stuffed for the sake of it.
Will let you know about the apple pie!

MunchedTooManyMarsLady · 02/02/2005 16:26

Hi Marj. I'm doing the NoCount plan. I lost 1lb this week. Slow and steady! I've been doing it for 3 weeks and have lost 3.5lbs. Well done on your weight loss.

marj · 02/02/2005 17:54

Sorry, got it wrong. The lemon cheesecake and apple pie muller lights are actually 1.5 points each - even better.
I have just had the apple pie one for dessert. It is also very nice with cake pieces in it, but I do prefer the lemon one.

Kayleigh · 02/02/2005 18:11

oooh 1.5 - even better

well done on your losses ladies. All doing well. Am getting weighed tomorrow. Not sure how I've done as was ill last week and ate like a pig - i truely believe in feeding a cold !

Hi everyone, had my second weigh in today, lost 2lbs! So that's 6.5lbs in total, if all goes well I should get a star next week! I'm doing No-Count, I love it as I really eat loads and still lose weight. Hope it carries on!

eidsvold · 03/02/2005 02:51

had my weigh in this week and have not really been tracking so thought I had put on - what a surprise - lost another 1.2 kg... so that is 3.6kg in 4 weeks. Pretty pleased with how I am going so far esp. as it is soo difficult to get out walking or exercising with dd1 and dd2 ( only 11 weeks old).

Dont worry Dior,
We all have little set backs.

Thanks for your PH advise, I have been saving a few points during the week and will share a small pizza with my Mum. Other than that It will be salad all the way...
I tell you the things we have to give up...
I dont smoke, dont drink and now dont eat anything naughty, wheres the justice???

Oh to be a man....my husband can eat and eat and eat...Im sooo jealous!!!

Kayleigh · 03/02/2005 14:23

Dior, if it makes you feel any better (and it probably won't) I put on a pound too this week. But I missed class last week as had a coldy/flu type bug and craved all the wrong foods as I got better, so I know where I went wrong.

Well done to all of those that lost.
