I know it’s not loads, but 7lbs when you’re 5’1 makes a big difference. My clothes are tight and I feel crap in everything. I also don’t want to wait until it’s 17lbs, which it will be if I carry on like this!

And I am starting again tomorrow. No really now!! Grin

I’m in, I’m slightly taller but in a similar position. Had a good week last week but a few treats this weekend. Back on it tomorrow. I do a combination of fasting, low calorie days and moderate activity every day.

I’ll join OP. Did my food shop today and got some really good foods. I’m so ready. I’m the same height as you and ideally I’d like to loose a stone but that’s my how I was after 1DC and I now have 3 so it’s probably unrealistic for now.

What’s your plan?

Definitely in! Probably more likely 10lbs for me. Lost some of it in the summer but it has crept back on. Just having wine and chocolate to use it up!! No excuses from tomorrow though.

Haha also doing this! Just eaten two Gu puddings. I’m a pig, no wonder I’m getting fat. Public service duty though - future need does not need them in the fridge!

I’m in please. Been trying to walk more and up the protein but still been falling prey to chocolate and wine so need to get a grip of myself.

Im in too - 1 inch shorter than you - trousers definitely too snug! Starting to see rolls under my bra line too!

I'm in too! I have 10lb to lose. I've eaten everything today.

I'm planning on 10,000 steps a day - an hour's walk at lunch and then another hour after work. And I think I'm gonna do 5:2. Just find it so much easier to stick to than regular dieting.

Still being tempted by leftover food and booze from Xmas but slowly reducing the crap intake!

I'm in if that's OK :) would like to lose around a stone (or just down a dress size as I'm not weighing myself just yet!)

I'm doing workouts on both the Sweat app and Nike Training Club app, as well as making sure I get 10,000 steps.

Doing Dry January which I hope will kick start healthy habits and am planning all my meals in advance too!

Just hope I can do it. I’m going to count calories and have 1400 per day. I’m already quite active due to my job so I just need to make better food choices. I’m usually amazing at dieting until mid afternoon when it all goes to pot.
Kids are back at school tomorrow though so hopefully being back in a normal routine will help 🤞🤞

I'm 5ft1 and have gained half a stone over Christmas. I'm so cross with myself as I had promised myself I wouldn't go crazy this year 😵‍💫
I don't know why but once I start on the bad stuff I just can't stop when the festivities are over! I've shoved all the leftover chocs etc into dh's office (he's wfh) so at least I can't be tempted during the day !

👋 Can I join please? I have about 10lb to lose. Went swimming with the kids today and really noticed my rolls that have formed over Christmas!

I’m not Over weight but have become very flabby!

My down fall is the evenings… chocs and wine!

I'm about the same height and gained about 7lbs over the last couple of months. I'd like to lose this to look better in clothes. Not following any specific plan, just eating less, limiting alcohol and doing at least 15,000 steps a day which includes regular 5k runs.

I'm in! Not sure exactly but from 7lbs to 10 is what it feels like! it just won't go away. Already worked on some of my New Year pics in Photodiva to make myself thinner and printed them out to keep myself motivated. it really helps to have your goal right before your eyes!!

I weighed myself this morning and I'm 9 stone 7 lbs. I think realistically I'd be happy to get to 9 stone 2 lbs which is were I was a few months back. It doesn't seem much but those few pounds can be quite stubborn!!
So I'm back on to healthier eating (after very much over indulging over Christmas!) and will try to exercise more (walks & runs).

I've started snoring and mentioned to Dh I think it might be due to the extra weight, I can feel it round my neck and chin when I lie down. He tactfully said how he noticed I had put on a tiiiiny amount (lol) so I'd like to get a handle on it sooner rather than later Confused

I'll join too if that's okay. Went into the hols about 3-4lb over where I'd like to be and so by now am probably at least half a stone over!! Am not weighing myself just yet, but keen to get this half a stone off before spring

Haha good going OP! I have put in all my meals for today and tomorrow into MyFitnessPal and am going to try and stick to it.
