Been out walking the dog and i can confirm it’s going to be a lovely day

Mrsmadevans · 22/03/2022 08:01

Yes it's beautiful here already , just love these days.
Great start to the day life 😊
Happier that brunch sounds delicious 😋
Not sounds as if you did great yesterday 😊
Have been up since 6 just can't sleep, will suffer for it later 🙄
Have a lovely day everyone 😊

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/03/2022 18:58

130 over but about 19k steps

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2022 19:26

How many calories are you allowed life?
I'll have to stick to 1450'ish for the next 2 days to hit average of 1700'ish over the 7 days from Friday to Thursday. Just over 17,000 steps. Had a cheeky ice-cream while out walking 😋

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 22/03/2022 19:27

1548 per day so going over is fine

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/03/2022 19:51

My last 7 day steps average is 16800 steps

Not2bObvious · 22/03/2022 21:46

No wonder you're going over with cals with those steps. It's not a lot with that much activity - on the plus side you'll surely see a loss.

Bloat gone
Must do some weight lifting. Definitely tomorrow

Happierwithouthim · 23/03/2022 09:25

@lifelongfrugaleer

130 over but about 19k steps
You'll probably feel hungry today after all those steps Wink
Happierwithouthim · 23/03/2022 09:26

Yesterday was Day 1 - all good 👍
Today planned out so should be good Grin

Not2bObvious · 23/03/2022 11:35

Got most of a 30 min body pump done (didn't bother with core, abs covered by too much flab!) jog & walk for 30. Scales down to 165.6 from 166 on Friday, that's decent for me. Gave me a lift, I don't think I've seen a 165'ish since last year.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 23/03/2022 16:28

Yes I am hungry today. Currently 112 over but tea not properly input yet

Lovely pic mrs, and a very well behaved lunch! Just over 16,000 steps & just under 1600 cals so not bad. I will try and leave the calories there as I did have a decent days food & shouldn't be truly hungry. Of course I have the treat hunger but I can get past that

Day 1 of a new plan happier or day 1 of getting back in the groove?
Kitchen closed, teeth flossed & brushed.

13790 steps and 112 over is a wrap here
Lovely view

Gensola · 24/03/2022 06:04

We have been having such nice weather! Sunny and fine every day. Being next to the beach is amazing, I’m getting 5000 steps in before breakfast every day just making a coffee then wandering down the path to the beach, along the beach and back.
Food hasn’t been as good as it could have been at home but it hasn’t been atrocious either. Calories around 1600-1700 which I think is maintenance for me, or close to it. When I was on TramRH I didn’t lose at all on 1700 despite sticking to it religiously. My PT has me on 1510 and I’ve lost a stone since Jan 8th! Or least I had lost a stone - hope I haven’t gained it all back this week 😱

mrs gorgeous pic!

Great steps life

I’d love to hear how you’re getting on too happier
not my problem here is the treat hunger combined with the vast amounts of crisps, cake and biccies we got in for the students. Having said that, it could be worse - I’ve never in my life seen anything like what these boys eat - they’re 18-21 and one of them in all seriousness had 7 slices of bread at lunch all with different toppings. Then he had thirds of pasta for dinner 😂

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/03/2022 06:48

The beach walk sounds lovely and I’m sure you won’t have put loads on, just a bit of bloat

Walk today and aerobics. Might get dressed straight into gym kit and do a lunchtime pump

Not2bObvious · 24/03/2022 08:13

Give yourself a few days to get over the bloat gen maybe before weighing? 200-300 more cals a day likely in carby food might spike the scales but a few days back at loss cals with plenty of water will bring it back down. It sounds like a lovely place though. I absolutely love the seaside. Can't wait to get away to see it again and do my morning walks by water.

Beautiful pic I went for a walk by the canal yesterday & saw two goats who have taken over a derelict two storey house on a peninsula

DD tested positive this morning Sad

Happierwithouthim · 24/03/2022 08:40

Gen walks sound lovely, I'm dreading teenage years with ds but dss wasn't like this.

Tesco delivery last night arrived 4 hours early while I was still at work it was 15 deg so driver suggested he'd credit me for icecream and I was like no!!! So he wrapped it up well until I got home to it an hour later

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/03/2022 09:20

4 hours early is bonkers
Oh no poor dd , hope she’s not too unwel

Not2bObvious · 24/03/2022 09:52

Ah bum, poor dd happier, is she ok?
I bloody love icecream these days. Have found a new appreciation for a magnum😉

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 24/03/2022 18:56

They rang and asked if it was ok & I said it was ok they left it in crates in the shed,

Saving the ice cream for later on, I got oppo not halo top so we'll see how it is. The Lidl protein ice cream is quite good but I don't go to Lidl very often

We'd these for brunch Grin
